Wow!!!! Everyone looks so incredible, I just finished induction (11 lbs gone!) It just occurred to me that I better hurry up and take a 'before' (now during) photo because I hate taking pics and I doubt I have any laying around. Keep up the good work!

The thing that has struck me most from reading this thread, is how YOUNG the after pictures look from the befores, its like every 10lbs took off a year of your lives!!!!! How awesome! This thread is super encouraging.

If you go back and look at all the pictures .. you will notice changes in hair.. but the biggest change is the colors of the clothing... everyone goes from gray, and black to red,yellow,pink etc.. bright colors!!.. you all look great

And yes, for those that notice... I wear mostly black..it's slimming
