I have to admit--this is stunning--unbelievable. You guys are really an inspiration. I suppose that from my highest weight down to what I 'think' I would like, it's 90 lbs--that's good enough to be here isn't it? I'm down 28 lbs now--have 55 to my first goal. If I can make it down 65 lbs, I'll be really happy--I think. I haven't been there maybe since I was 5 years old

You guys have given me so much hope and I wish I could hug you ALL

I shredded all my fat pictures because i never ever wanted to see me look like that again. I only have pictures of me from this last year now that I am nearing the 200 mark. Probably will shred these to when i lose more weight because i do not want to remember me ever being fat.
The picture here on my avatar is from last summer, i am about 230 here...I hate that picture to because I look so fat in it but its the best i had for right now until I lose more........

Wow you guys, everyone looks great! I can't believe how much you have all changed. I'm so proud of everyone for sticking to their guns and following through 'till the bitter end. I haven't been around in who knows how long... which isn't really a good or bad thing. I started up lowcarb again on April first with my *BOYFRIEND*(Yep that's right, I finally got a good one) and even though I gained back about 30 of those lost pounds in 6 months, I'm already down 10 and Brandon is down from 229 to 218. Here's some pics just for fun because dangit! I want to play too! Sorry the first pic is so huge.

Hmmm my ex on the top (2002) and Brandon and me on the bottom. (2005)

Brandon and I at the Smiley Adult Prom in March before starting again.

Dawnlea you look great! I can see a big difference! 43 pounds is a great accomplishment. You are a beautiful work in progress! Sometimes we're our harshest critics, and it's difficult to see the changes in ourselves. But they're definitely! Keep up the great work girlie!

Dawn, I can really see the differences. Sometimes it's hardest to see it when it's yourself, but it definetly shows on you. 43 pounds is great...you've inspired me to stick with it this time.
