I didn't see this thread until girliefriend pm'd me. What a great inspiration to see all of you, it's still a daily, if not hourly struggle. Here's mine, I haven't posted them in awhile.

Before, 300 lbs...

During, 88 lbs lost, I was REALLY trying to suck it in here:

After, 165 lbs lost...

Well, GBL and Girliefriend talked me into showing these. I hope they inspire some.

This first one, keep in mind that I was very sick. Just out of hospital where they hadn't been able to help me. So this is May, 2004.

Next would have had to be Sept, 2004

This one would be close to December, 2004

And now, taken for my 51st birthday, January 2005

I hope these fit the bill. I don't have any full body shots at all since I am in a wheelchair, and I take them with my webcam.

Well, I plan on putting some updated pics on when I hit my one year Atkinsversary in the end of March, but this is what I have so far......

The pics on the left are the before pics. I'm down 78lbs as of now.

Ummm, yes, I guess I should have explained that picture. One of my kids had to do an assignment about their parent's employment and since I am a nursing student, I dressed up and pretended to give her a shot.

I was horrified when I went back several months later and found that picture. She plastered it up on a board and took it into school for show and tell. I had NO idea I had gotten that big.

And to think I never thought twice about that picture when we did the assignment. But now........Yikes! It really bothers me.

So, that's the story. And yes, it was pretend.
