Thanks for starting this thread... These pictures are all so inspriational and motivational. I can't believe we're all the same people... In many cases, these before and after pics look like two very different people. I'm really proud of everyone here!

These are mine though I'm 8lbs above sig. Once I reach a new low, I will take more recent pics.

Thanks!!! What an inspiring thread!!!!!! I'm afraid my before and during pictures are the same. I currently weigh 141 which is 5 lbs less than my avatar picture ... hoping to lose tons more to stun you all with new pix in the near future ..... tho' I have to say I am waaaaay comfortable at 141, lol!!!! I cannot even imagine how I will look in the next 10 lbs

BEFORE: 236 .................................................. .......At 225

.........At 147....................AFTER: 129

and... my avatar picture was taken at 146 lbs

I'm posting on behalf of myself and Jeffy - we have both lost over 85 pounds.

Before - at sister's wedding (both around 365-370):

During - both around 290#

In my avatar pic, we're both around 280#. I'm getting very serious about my WOE these days and Jeff's just started umpiring high school baseball (lots of exercise), so I'm hoping to post some skinnier pics of us very soon.

Thanks for sharing, everybody. Your results are blowing me away.

You all amaze me! There are so many good looking men and beautiful women here! What you all have accomplished is incredible!

I only have a 29 pound loss so I don't know why I'm even posting a before and after but I'm hoping it will motivate me to lose alot more. I can't wait until the day I have a before and after that really shows a difference!
The first picture is me, my brothers and my Dad. I weighed my all time high of 367 at the end of November 2002.
The 2nd picture is me in April 2004. I weighed 338 which is what I currently weigh.
