Well I received a special invitation to post something here so here I am. And since my long lost friend....not mentioning any names........ (Jeff) never gives his ole friend Melly a mercy call or nuthin I thought maybe if I came in here and posted I might get at least a mercy post

Sorry I don't have any befores and afters to post....the only thing I could come up with at such short notice was sum neekid pics and well.....then all the men and women for that matter would be flocking to my door and lets face it....I could not live with myself being responsable for breaking up all those happy homes

So you will just have to look at my avitar......truth of the matter is if I knew how to post pictures on here I could probably come up with a few but I have not bothered to figure out how to do that.....keep meaning to ask Caro how to do it....God knows she knows cuz she teases us with a new sultry pic at least once a week

My before pic is my heaviest at 333 and my current pic was about a month ago at 199.5.......yeah baby.....ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!! I'm currently struglling to get back to Onederland....I gained 10 lbs of mainly water weight due to stress and dealing with the death of my father.....but I'm back to 202 and very close again. And NO I didn't eat anything I shouldn't I just ate more of everything I should than I should have.....did that make sense?

Anywayyyyyyyyyyyy everyone seems to being doing great. I'm proud of everyone even if I don't know ya......been there done that and I know how hard it is and how hard you work. Now lets get busy and finish what we started and DO THE DAYUM THANG!!!!!!!!!!

O yea and thankyou girliefriend for the invite....it was you that I was really worried about posting my pics for.....I know how bad you want me
