OMG!!! You all are so inspirational to me!!! I had lost 50lbs a few years ago but then went off and gained it all back. I am now back on track. Only been back since 7/7/08. 6 1/2 lbs gone so far. Here is me now. Will send more as I progress. Please, keep sending those pictures. They truely make it easier to stay focused!!! Don 't know if you can see this picture, not real sure how to make this work.

I don't have any after photos yet because I'm just starting. I'll get a before shot up soon. The transformations here are just incredible. Congrats to all you losers!!! I can't wait to join you.
I have about 100lbs to lose, maybe a pinch more. I weighed in last week at 268 and have been cutting back the past week while I was trying to learn as much about the program as possible. I started today but messed up by eating a hot dog I thought was allowed. So tomorrow becomes my day 1 again.

I don't know if I should post these photos or not because I've regained quite a bit of my weight back. I'm back and serious about losing it and keeping it off this time and these photos of myself back when I was so successful the first time are a real motivation to me. Perhaps they might be motivating to someone else, so.....here they are. They are small in this post, but if you click on them they're larger.

Okay this is me before at about 208. I guess that this was what I looked like in May 2004.

I lost down to 150 and then gained about 20 pounds. I'm back down and this is me now.

I am not seeing much difference in myself and honestly, neither can anyone else which is frustrating BUT, the scale reads lower and my clothes fit differently now. Maybe another 50 pounds will make the difference!

Nov. 2006 - DS and I I was about 250

May 2007 DD graduation About 250

Start LC June 1, 2008 (245 lbs), DS starts around June 20, 2008 (222 lbs)

Aug. 2008... DS after about 30 lbs down, he's lost 40 to date, with about 20 to go.

Me, Oct 6, 2008... 45 lbs down, with 54 lbs to goal

Before and after photo's were an inspiration for me to do something. Also, the best thing I ever did for my son was to do something about my own weight. He saw how much my face changed after the first 15 lbs that he was ready to do it for himself.

This is a very inspiring thread! I don't have any REALLY RECENT pictures since I hide if a camera is pointed my way! Here are a few over the years though. This first one is actually me after I lost 91 lbs. in 2001. That is my then 2 year old niece in my pants with me. Sadly, I now wear those pants again.

The next is around the same time, at my lowest weight of 175.

The rest are as the weight came back. They are oldest to most recent. Oh, I stand corrected. That last one is from about a week ago.

Oh, I forgot this one (the last one). An actual picture of me that I don't hate! I was starting to gain the weight back here though.
