Ok, so you all look sooooooo wonderful. I left LC for a while and really wish I hadn't. I am back to finally get rid of this weight for good. I lost 41 pounds before and I know I can do it again. Time to go shopping...

Hello everyone- I started at 260 in jan 08 and now down to 246. I am going to lose 100 pounds and was wondering what tips besides surgery can I do to avoid the sagging skin. Thank you

Well, I've never really taken actual progress pics but I was looking back at some of my photos and decided it's time to post some. I didn't really see the difference in myself until I saw the pictures side by side. I started this woe in December 2007 and I've lost about 47 lbs. The 1st pic(before) was taken in May 2007 and the 2nd(during)one day last week. I'm not brave enough for a body picture yet. really, I don't have any right now. One day after about 100 lbs lost(or maybe 1 year) I will dig out an old body shot and have someone take a current one. Still have a long way to go.

Hi, Lcbeck - all I can say is Wow! 104 pounds in 10 months, quite an achievement. You Rock!

I note that you are using several different methods, Atkins, Stella Style, South Beach - are you using these interchangeably, i.e. when you hit a stall, you go from one plan to the other?

I'm just starting out, started Monday at 318, and am now at 307.5. A long way to go, you're truly inspirational!!!
