I'm new to the blog, but have been doing Atkins Since July 2006 when I weighed 297, it wasn't my highest weight, but it was when I started on a formalized WOE. I'm now 227. The following are pictures at 267 and 237. I will update at thanksgiving since I just started doing strength training. I can't see that much of a difference yet, but I definitely FEEL better.

Thanks for the support. I was lucky, my brother went on Atkins with me at the same time, since we share a house we were able to both eat clean because we didn't bring in any extra stuff. He's reached goal, having lost 145 so now I'm here looking for support for my last 100 lbs.

I hope I don't keep looking younger at this rate I'll look like a baby by the time I'm done.

I've always been told I look younger, I'm 25 and still get carded for R rated movies at the theater, lol.

This seems as good a place as any.. .especially here in the century club..

Before - 240/250lbs

After - 137/140lbs (Celebrating almost 8 months of maintenance!!)

Just over 100lbs lighter

This thread is so amazing - I'm so proud of everyone (even though I've only 'known' you all for a day)

so here's me:
Before: This was about a month before I tried LC. This was the photo that made me try LC. This was when I couldn't even fit in to size 20 stretch jeans.

(04-21-07 - my twentieth birthday - probably over 272 lbs)
During: This was when my size 16 jeans arrived, and I tried them on - not daring to hope that they would fit. And they did. Sorry about the poor quality - I'll be getting a real camera soon.

(11-06-07 - five and a half months LC. 220 lbs. 57 lbs lost.)
