What an inspiration! I just looked at all 13 pages of photos and I am truly amazed at the differences. One thing I note is that that after photos all show a smiling happy person. I did have to chuckle that many of you have lightened your hair in the process--I guess blondes do have more fun.

What I'd like to ask is......how many of you have had skin reduction sugery? I see that everyone looks so wonderful in the after shots and there doesn't appear to be any hanging skin on any of you.

Congratulations to all of you. I am now so ready to face the day!

Near my top weight of 300 (+?)

Here I was at about 200 pounds with my sons and soon-to-be daughter-in-law. (That was a rough day....this was taken the day before I left my ex husband after 22 years of marriage. I knew I was moving out the next day. You can see the stress.)

Here I'm about 185 (you can't see the arms and legs which is where I carry most of my fat.)

Seems like everyone in Louisiana put on weight after Katrina, seriously, and I wasn't immune. Here I am heading back up.

This past Christmas I hid behind my husband!

This is my top weight the second time around.

I'm down a little from that, but definitely headed in the right direction. This morning I weight 203 I finally figured out what I was doing to sabotage myself. I'm on induction again and although it's just been 2.5 days I can already see the difference.

Hey girl, you can do it. (If I can, anyone can.) What I find helps me stay on diet is whenever I want to eat something that isn't what I should be eating I give myself 60 seconds before I actually do it and I think about it. The question that I ask myself that helps the most is, "Is this REALLY worth it?" The answer is usually, "No, it's not." I've just gotten back on and I'm heading the right direction. I am, however, going to eat a small piece of wedding cake at my son's wedding next month. It'll probably make me sick, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Come talk to us when you're tempted. I know you can do it.

I took a new after picture... its not the best picture and hopefully it shows a huge difference being 116 pounds down.
