i'm a work in progress of course, but even with just 24ish lbs gone, it's quite obvious in my face.

New Year's Eve... a week before i started.

Jan 27. i'd lost about 15 lbs at this point, but no one really seemed to notice.

Feb 25. about 20-24 lbs lost. clothes are fitting better, and i like that it's starting to show in my face... but still lots more to go!

This is me at the beginning of January this year at 157 and quickly climbing.

This was taken while in Texas at my daughters graduation from the Air Force basic training. When I got back home and looked through my pictures- I could not believe that was me! I had gained so much weight so quick. I wanted to loose some weight before my wedding day and I knew I better do something.
Well here is the most current one I have- same as my profile picure. I was about 143.

Everyone looks so great! I have enjoyed this thread so much!
