my arms are not perfect, there is still fat in there to loose. i've really been trying with the pushups, and lifting weights to try and tone my arms while i'm losing the weight........i'm 5'6.

Looks like a lot of good progress still going on here!

I just figured I'd post an update since I haven't been around.

Here's a recent picture. I was running and lifting while I was still posting. Since then, I started mountain biking and road biking. I ride 4 times a week these days. I just did my first century this past saturday. Thanks all for the help you guys gave me when I had questions

It reminds you of how much progress everyone has made.

I was just compiling some of my pictures since I started and figured I'd share. I don't have a before. I started in March of 05 but the first picture I have is May and I had already lost 25lbs or so by then... so imagine the first picture with an additional 25lbs of fat and that's my before
