My weight loss journey info: I was on predensione as a teenager for arthritis and it caused me to gain 100 lbs and I just kept gaining until I reached 412 and my husband reached 388 and we realized we had to do something. I have arthritis and another autoimmune disorder and he has diabetes so it was just time to do something. I'm currently at 382 and my husband is at 375 and this is the 2nd week we're doing LC and REALLY exercising (not just going on 1 mile hikes every other weekend and flapping around in the pool like we did before).
19. How often do you weigh yourself? Every other day or so.
20. Do you have any mini-goal rewards or anything special planned when you lose all the weight? 375:trip to the safari park in Galveston, 350: New shoes, 325: New jeans, 300: Sephora or Bath and Body Works shopping spree, 275: manicure, 250: road trip w/ my husband! I would like to lose at least 75-100 lbs before we go back to my hometown (Christmastime) and maybe have lost 200 before my HS reunion in 2010 but as long as I'm healthy, I'll be okay.

18. My weight loss journey info: My highest weight was 350 lbs. Made changes to my diet and increased exercise and got down to 300lbs. Began LC and managed to get to 275lb before going off the rails. Moved to England and ate my way back up to just under 300lbs. Feeling lots of aches and pains and loss of energy so thought I'd go back on LC. It's harder to do LC here than in the States but still doable. I'm down to 279lbs and probably could have lost more but I struggle with my carbs. I find it really hard to give up fruit and veg carbs in the summer when the produce is so lovely. I plan to do better in the winter when there is less choice .
19. How often do you weigh yourself? I'm naughty because I weigh daily
20. Do you have any mini-goal rewards or anything special planned when you lose all the weight? I want to get down to 275lbs which is the weight I was at when we moved here. I would like to be anywhere from 170lbs to 150lbs by the time we move back to the States (in 2-3 years).
