I've also regained what I lost from low carbing due to serious health problems, and I'm sure that you and I arent the only ones.

Well over half of this battle is fought in the mind, and so few people understand that. It takes a lot of work, and changing the way you think to really overcome the things that hold us back, and you've had so many health issues on top of it. You've come a long way, and posts like this will help you to overcome your shyness and remember that you deserve as much happiness and love as anyone else on this earth.
