Three Times a Lady Challenge

I want to start an exercise challenge of three times per week, Anyone want to join Ypu choose the type of exercise. I think at least 20 minutes each time would be good, Let's support each other with this challenge!

I will join if you are still doing the challenge. I just got a new treadmill and my goal is to do 6 days a week 40 minutes a day...but I can definitely sign up for 3 days a week to begin!

I haven't participated in any challenges yet. I'm quite excited to try one. I can pledge to go swimming 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes each time. Eventually as I get more in shape, I'd like to add more days to this and start to go walking every day too... but I do think it would be smart to start at 3 days so that I can make this first goal
