Ohhh, I forgot to tell you Divas! I noticed a size difference today... yesterday... I'm not quite sure what today is.
![]() 1. I bought a couple of 2x school t-shirts. They fit nicely, not snug around the tummy and I figured that would go away when I washed it. But the shirts have been washed and they fit really well. Don't ride up when I'm walking. It's great!!! 2. I can cross my legs without help from my hands. I've apparently been doing this for a while, I just haven't noticed. but I noticed and I'm super stoked about it. Jenn

Holy Poo Everybody!
I finally did it! I dropped 4 lbs this week!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! I am *finally* under 270. What a GREAT way to wake up! So I think the secret for my body is more veggies, limit the diet lipton to 1 bottle a day and LC ice cream a couple times a week wont hurt me! I'm SOOOOOOO HAPPY! Jenn PS - GOOD MORNING! |

![]() We picked up my bike today. Hubby drove it to the school parking lot so I could tool around and get used to it. It was SOOO awesome that I drove it to the movie theatre (traffic!) and then I drove it home! I got up to 60 mph and it was AWESOME!!! ![]() This is me on it tooling around. Just wanted to give ya proof that I didn't just sit on it! g'night!!! |

Jenn - You're one hot motorcycle mama! Like Meg said - be careful! How did everyone do with their goals this week? Stay on plan till vaca (last week in June) - no cheating, no binging, no Starbucks - check 100 oz water per day - 4 out of 7. Weekends are always tough, and I spent one day sick in bed At least 3 hours exercise per week - 2 1/2 Make an effort to eat to my BMR - Only made it one day. Being sick for a couple of days didn't help Keep my eyes on my prize - Did well here. Jenn!! I never caught the pics of your pups! I just saw them now... SO ADORABLE.
Chy Chy looks like my Mom's border collie Sam. He's a spaz! So, lets check in with my goals for this week! • Wii Fit at least 30 min a day - Yay, I've done this! It even asked me to take Sunday off! lol, heck no, Wii Fit! • Go to the gym a minimum of 3 days a week - I did not go to the gym at all this week. But I didn't really plan to. We'll see how this goal goes... • Keep my carbs under 20g per day - Yes, Check! • Take my vitamins! - I have remembered my daily one every day, but the potassium, I keep forgetting • Drink a minimum of 100oz of water per day - Done! • Keep up my blog daily - Also done! • Start to try and like myself! - Well, this one is a bit hard. But I'm gonna keep working on it! :-) |

Congrates to all the loser Im so proud of u all , stick to plan and the weight will come off sometimesthe scale is just mean, but in the end it will pay off. thx for all the encouragment u al are great ,all ive been eating for 4 days is tuna str8 out the can , but going shoppin today finally got some money for groceries so i plan on a steak and some tilapia yummm

Yes girl, you did it. Very proud of you! This is hard for you, you have had your ups and many downs, but under 200 lbs.....been 20 years for me since I saw 199. You braved that scale and you freakin did it! JennB, too cute on that bike....and you look so happy. I had a terrible weekend. My car broke down at the speedway late Sat. night....and I had 4 nieces and nephews with me. Had to have it towed yesterday. AAA took 2-3 hours to get a tow to us. Turns out a part that was replaced on April Fools day was defective. No June fools....its covered. Yesterday, my husband and I went looking at cars. We are thinking about selling my car. My hubs works at Chrysler so we get the discount, but I haven't had a car payment in a few years and would rather spend that money elsewhere. We will decide later this week. Looked at the Dodge Avenger, Chrysler Sebring and Jeep Patriot. Anyone have any of these? I need to get caught up reading your posts, what a great bunch. I cheated yesterday....I am cheating at least 1 - 2 times everyweek. My weekly goals will be short and simple. 1) No cheats until June 16th 2) 100 oz water each day 3) Go to the fitness center 4 times this week, 45 minutes each. 3 goals, not too much to ask for... I WILL MEET THESE. Today's menu: Breakfast, 3 scrambled eggs Snack, 2 radishes, celery w whipped cr cheese Lunch, hamb patty, cottage cheese Snack, 2 radishes Dinner, not sure yet. Have a great week. I'm glad ya'll like that picture b/c I sure do look like a DORK! Just cheesin! But I didn't care what I looked like, I was just glad to get some play time in.
The good news is, I have a pic of me at 266.4 so when I lose more weight I'll have something to refer back to. Sorry but I avoided pictures like the plague when I was 300 lbs but I'm pretty sure my BF has a few. I may get her to nuke some to me. And to everyone: Don't worry! I'm being SUPER careful! I'm not the kind of person that's going to do something retarded (like drive when I'm tired or intoxicated). Plus I'll usually be with Hubby who is a super super cautious person. Meg: I know it's worrysome. I still haven't had the guts to tell my Mother. I'm afraid she'll have an anuerism(?). Jennifer: CONGRATS! CONGRATS! CONGRATS! CONGRATS! CONGRATS! I'm sooo happy for you!!! And of course, I can't wait to JOIN you!!! Sunshine: I'm with you! With need our SlimD!!! Come back come back! Don't go into the light!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turtle: It's a Hyosung Aquila 250. Supposed to be the most powerful 250 out there, able to go 70 on the highway and not get blown around by the big trucks. My brother in law says it's bigger than a 600 he's had before. It is nice and low to the ground, I don't know if you can tell but I have some short little legs... so being able to touch ground was a MAJOR concern for me. Since it's a 250 it's light enough that I can maneuver it. I spent a few hours in the school parking lot practicing my turns and sways (I forget what they're called, I called them Whoosh! b/c it's like whoosh.whoosh.whoosh.whoosh. when you do them! oh yeah, press left, lean left, press right, lean right) I got enough practice in yesterday that I made the drive to my house (about 10 miles) and I did super (not to mention Hubby was in the car behind me so I didn't have to worry about tailgaters making me nervous or going around me). I can't wait till my windshield comes in, then I won't feel like the wind is gonna blow me off!!! In short, it's a great first bike. Weekly Recap: 1. Work out 4+ times a week (I made it 3x due to time constraints... should have gone over the weekend but I'm a lazy girl, I'll try to go this weekend to make it up!) 2. Get down to 250 lbs (I'm 4lbs towards it!) 3. Drink 60+ ozs of water each day (in addition to tea) (I've actually be avg 80 so I'm happy) 4. Eat a LOT of LC veggies each day (I have been most days) 5. Remember to take my metamucil 1-3x week (have not been remembering... doh!) 6. Enjoy my WOE, not stress over it! (not stressing over food, have bigger fish to stress over) 7. Post daily (sometimes many many times a day!) 8. Support my Divas! (every chance I get!) 9. Remain cheat free (I don't count my weekly "legal" cheat... I mean like eating a subway sammy or fast food burger... and no, I'm far far far from those!) 10. Save up money to buy new jeans b/c I'll need a smaller size by the end of the month!!! (I've got a little saved up. I'll keep adding to it!) I'm off to study chemistry. Todays lab was so stressful I almost cried. The instructor says "Don't stress over it." and I just want to tell him "How can I NOT stress over it when I'm not grasping the material and I *HAVE* to make an A!" so I think I pretty much took an F on todays assignment. Not cool. Now I have to work double duty for the rest of the semester. Oh well. It'll all be over soon. ![]() |
