O.K. Now I Know what you mean. Yeah I've seen them advertized on T.V. My feet look like they could be a pretty good pair of boots, themselves. I haven't worn sandals in public for about 20 years. I do like to be barefoot around the house though. I thought about painting my toenails this year though since now I can actually reach them again. Losing weight does make us a lot more flexible and mobile and I am certainly enjoying that. I hope your pedegg gives you the prettiest feet in town.

I know what you mean. I've lost just 10 pounds but those 10 pounds I can tell were a lot in my stomach and I can bend over SO much more and paint my toes so much easier. If you have really bad calloused feet I recommend the pedegg. A lot of my friends were the sameway and didn't wear sandals until now. I think it's only 10 dollars. Best 10 bucks I ever spent

Just checking in.

Chai! Congrats! I can't wait to join you! 249.8 is my new mini goal.

SlimD, Fancy, Sunshine (vacation?), Peachy (working still?), Cara, Jennifer (vacation?)... where are you all??? Miss you sooo much!!!

Idaho: You really do have a great smile! I hope you use it often!!!

I'm doing good. I discovered that the Chick-Fil-A not only has a great salad with grilled chicken, but it is also the current employer of Mary, the really super awesomely nice woman who worked at Zoca's that closed down for the summer. So yeah Chick-Fil-A!!!

Menu Today:
B: Atkins Shake
L: Salad with grilled chicken and 1/2 ranch dressing package
D: 2 oz steak with salad with bacon pieces and 2 tbls ranch dressing
S: OMM

Yesterdays menu was HUGE! I had the munchies for something and I couldn't get it quenched. I think in the end, I ate a fried cheese tostado and I think it was salty, oily, cheesey and crunchy enough to satisfy the urge I had.

Mmmmm that sounds like a nice little treat, I will have to try that thanks!
I made bacon and chopped it in a salad with black olives and bleu cheese. I could live off this everyday! LOVE IT! Today marked me down 10 pounds! Woo-Hoo! I've been so busy that I'm behind on my water drinking today. But I cleaned the SUV off and even gave it a good detailed job inside and out and worked up a good sweat! And it looks so pretty now
I have so much else to do to before we leave for MT to see my parents on Tuesday. I'm so excited and can't wait to go! I'm thinking I'll be gone a month or a little longer but I'm sure I'll check in here often!

Here I am girls. Been so busy at work and "ssshshhhshshsh", I usually post while I am there, but with the other girl in my dept. gone this week, I have double duty. Finished payroll today, that's what's most important.

I have been clean since the weekend. Trying hard, but craving salt for some reason. I threw the two packs of popcorn away with the trash Monday, so that they don't tempt me.

Magic, Sorry for your relative loss, happy for you with your weight loss. I HATE cancer. Took my mom and many relatives. Saying a prayer for you and your relative's family.

JennB, GOOD LUCK TO YOU! You have studied so hard.

Idaho, Welcome. Nice to have you on the boards. Always need more. You are off to an excellent start.

Well I worked out tonight, but only for 30 minutes. When I got on the mill, my ankle was giving me problems, does that every once in awhile. Worked it out when I got home. Moving sprinklers, doing laundry, just ran the dishwasher, vacuumed and mopped the floors, so I got a good workout, just not as good as the mill.

Going to relax. Have a nice evening everyone.

Cindy

Oh shoot, today is WORKOUT WEDNESDAY. Darn it SlimD, where r ya?

I am so sorry about the passing of your family member. I've lost so many in my family from cancer, its so hard to see them that way but know they are not suffering anymore.

Also wanted to say hello and that it is very nice meeting you!

Thanks for the welcome! I look forward to chatting more with you! I haven't been workingout much either I've been really sore and I think from working so hard in the yard this last weekend. I think I used muscles my legs haven't used for awhile so I'm taking a couple days off.

i also attemped some chocolate bark that I heard so much about. Its great in theory, but too oily for me to enjoy. :-/

WTH?!?!

This is the first time this has ever happened.. I've been on birth control pills for 4 years, and this week, my Lovely Lady Time™ came early. About 3 days early. I don't know why, maybe it's the low-carb diet change catching up with me.. I dunno.
BUT, I don't know why it had to happen just as my plateau was breaking, and the scale was moving!

I am vowing not to weigh myself until Lady Time™ is over. I can't handle it!

Magickal...I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I know it is very dificult to watch someone dear to you leave this way..but it is a release to know he suffers no more. God bless.

Cindy sunshine...Good to see you here again. I thought you went on vacation without me. I guess with all the work you wish you had! But I'm glad you got right back on the horsey (program) and are eating well.

Ms. JennBaker...The first in a string of A +'s for you!!!

Chailatte'....Don't sweat the early TOM. Stuff happens! I'm older and this is probably TMI but after losing a good bit of fat from my frame I thought I was going through the 'change' as TOM left for quite a few months...but he's returned just not the same as before. Our body fat has a lot to do with our female hormones is all I can say without getting us all confused. Just be worried if TOM ceases to visit you.

Idahomama....I need a little housework done and was wonderin' if you travel and sparkle things up as far away as TX. J/K I hope your visit is great.

As for me...I'm on track with the eating and trying to resolve the exercise issue. My daughter may lend me her stationary bike! I'm thinking I can do it now since I'm lighter and if the bike is set on the easiest settings to start. I'll take it slow at first.

Have a great Thursday my Divas both present and AWOL!

Hahah you are exactly right Meg! As long as it's still coming, I don't mind! I am just worried about what it means for the next week. I don't understand if I will be "unprotected" or not. :-/

Give a quick call to your health provider's office with your question. Better safe than sorry! 'Tis how I got my beloved third child...well really I forgot to take my pill.

Heheh good advice indeed! I don't ever want to have children, so any "accidents" of that sort are pretty much my worst nightmare!

I am just gonna tell my man - HANDS OFF!

SlimD: Tell that cold/cough to quit bothering my favorite Crazy Diva Woman! If it doesn't quit bugging you, I'll take a trip up to NY and run it over with my motorcycle. HAH! That'll teach it!

Speaking of running stuff over, I almost ran over a cat coming home on my bike the other day. Scared the bejeebers out of me. Luckily Mr. Orange Tabby Cat got close (6 inches or less) to my tire and then turned and ran back into the woods. I thought I would have flown off the bike if I HAD hit him, but Hubby says a "bump" like that shouldn't throw me off... just be a big BUMP! Makes me feel better about the "almost" incident.

Meg - You crack me up!

Chai - My BFF has been on BC for years and years and she occasionally gets a menstrual cycle when she shouldn't. I assume it's the hormones. She's also the super fit one, so I know losing weight has not been a factor for her. I think it's just the nature of the beast and something I may or may not get to look forward to since I've added BC pills to my daily pill regimen. Lemme know what Super Doc says about it.

New with me, you ask?

I scored a 92.6 on my test today! Take THAT, Chemistry!!! Now if I can pull something like that on the make up test and the final I'll be set!!!

This is also after a MAJOR crisis this morning. I left my calculator on the kitchen table. I got to school, went to pull it out to study on some complication problems I don't want to have trouble with and FREAKED!!! since it wasn't in my backpack. I called DH and begged him to bring it to me, but really, even if he walked out the door at that very moment, he wouldn't have gotten it to me in time and Mr. Chemistry Professor locks the door after 5 minutes. So I went to the bookstore (which opened at 8 when my class starts!!! Bought a new one, and was a few minutes late for class. And I aced my test!!!!!!! I'm super happy and super confident about studying this weekend for the make up and final!!!

That's all the news in Jenn Land. Hope you're all have a super great, if not skin by your teeth and still rocking your socks like it's no ones business kindof day!
