Wow, thanks Elizabeth! I love being able to so easily see how we're all doing! And we are doing AWESOME!!!

I know I said I wouldn't weigh in again until tomorrow, but I couldn't help myself... and I'm down another 3 lbs! I'm so excited, but is this normal... I'm averaging about 2 lbs per day... which is awesome, and I feel great, but I'm wondering why it's going SO well this time...

Anyway, until I hear otherwise, I'm going to stay excited about it!!!

Congrats to all of us who are losing away and becoming healthier!!!

my update -

I was at 214 this morning

This morning I made my usual, 3 scrambled eggs and 1/2 of a sirloin burger cut into pieces. Three bites in I was FULL!! I have no idea why. hmm..

I had my coffee at work, SF Vanilla Americano with 3 teaspoons of heavy cream.

For lunch I had my salad with the other 1/2 of the chopped sirloin burger and blue cheese dressing.

I came home early today and I was starving!!!! Good thing I saved my eggs and burger from this morning. I had that when I got home, now I'm a little hungry again so I'm making a few garlic shrimp with a porto mushroom cap.

I was craving something super sweet also when I got home, I had a couple spoons of SF whipped cream with a little davinics.

I drank 96+ ounces of water so far
My numbers for today:

Cals 1042, Fat 80, Carb 6, Protein 74.

hi all i am sticking 2 the plan my scale bounces from 280 to 285 so i dunno? i drink mt water everyday. i am in this till goal of 150 i have found some great recipes on this board. and i got to say without them i wouldnt make it. i just love lindasues deep dish pizza mmmmmmmmmm. gla no cheats.

Well, I'm hoping Melissa comes back with more accurate numbers...but seeing as how the end of the month is upon us...I went through JANUARY and pulled what I could find together. I would love for us to have accurate recording for when Melissa comes back to keep us on track. She's our data & loss recording ringleader around here....and I know she'll be happy to take over upon her return.

As you can see...we've already lost an amazing 309 lbs!!!!! And I'm guessing there are several who haven't updated recently to add to our amazing numbers. Don't be discouraged ladies -- we're all doing an amazing thing here!


309 pounds is amazing! I first posted on this challenge on 12/06, @ 228 (according to Fit-Day) and now at 219, so we can add another 9 to that. I previously posted about the water-weight rebound when I stopped taking the b.p med. and diuretic, so I am not counting that, (or the slow loss of it), I am just counting it as a stall until I get back to 219 (4 lbs. to go) since the dr. says it was a normal side-effect of coming of the meds and not an actual weight gain. Does that make sense??

Congratulations and a big pat on the back to everyone who's made the number look so grand. To those having a hard time but still working it, the same, and hang on, your time's coming!

Melissa (Missy's Journey) had originally planned on updating on the 15th....but since she hasn't had a chance to because of her recent office move I thought we could have it for the end of the month.

So I'll keep an eye out for any updates throughout the next couple of days...and post an update on the 1st....sound good?

So, today is my OFFICIAL weigh-in day (because it's my one week Atkinsversary!)... and it says that I'm at 347... one pound up from yesterday (I think it may have had something to do with the LC Monster drink or having so many carbs at breakfast?)... BUT, I'm still down 12 lbs in just one week and I am completely encouraged by that!

I'm going to REALLY try to not weight myself more than once before next Tuesday... and drink more water.

I'm also thinking that I'm going to start posting my menus on my blog either at night or the following day because I keep changing a few things (usually dinner) and can't edit them... so I want them to be more accurate.

I hope you are all having a great week so far!

Heather~That is awesome!!

WTG to all our losers this week!

My weigh~in day is on Tues. and I am down to 207.8. That is 1 lb and with all the exercise Ive thrown in and still havent cut down on the cheese,cream,fats,etc. Im happy with that. Just 4.8 lbs from my Valentines Day goal. I think its doable!

Well, I got on the scale this morning - I'm down 2.2lbs for this past week. Woo Hoo that makes it 10.4lbs for January!!

I've started doing water aerobics and I think that is really helping!

good morning ev1!!!

I've added in your updated through posts and PMs, and hope anyone else who wants to will update sometime today or tomorrow. Sometime Friday I'll post our month-end stats, for no other reason than to encourage us to keep on plan and look forward to another great month together.

Today is my weigh-in day, and I'm down 4 lbs, for a total of 22.2 so far. My January loss totals 10.8. yippeeeeee!!!

gone a few days, and wow - so much activity!!

DH's birthday went well. I DID have dessert (won't go into detail since it wasn't legal) - had a little up in weight then back to normal after a day of LCing.

Right now I'm at 246.5. My goal for today and the rest of this week is to up my water consumption. I feel pretty confident about the choices I'm making food wise but need to get in more water. So I'm saying I've lost 10 lbs. so far (altho I haven't showered yet so that could take care of the .5lb!! )

Thanks so much for taking the time to tally up our weight losses LCinHouston!! It's so helpful to read what people are eating and the encouragement that comes when you all post successes.

Hi All! I have been reading through all of your posts and you all sound like such great encouragement. I would like to lose about 90-100 pounds. I want to get down to at least where I was when I was in high school so many years ago. I used to weigh 130. I am up to 219. I had a baby on June 4, 2007 and now I am at my highest weight that I have ever been and I am not at all happy with it. I want to get in some what hopefully before my sons first birthday. I want to have all kinds of energy and be able to get on the floor and play with my son with no problems.

I know I'm a month late, but I'd like to join in as well.

Need to lose another 117 but losing 100 by November sounds good to me. (or 90 if I go by the 2.5 lbs per week)
