OK oK OK ....I haven't been LCing since last Saturday....yes, I know. Bad girl. I am restarting on Monday. For real this time. Fortunately, I am weighing in today at 254.2. I'll take it. OH, and the Extreme Moosetracks with Chocolate Fudge Magic Shell that I use to gorge on when ever i could, definately doesn't taste like it use to. I don't care if I ever have it again. Totally not satisfying any more. Thank you, God for taking that sugar addiction away. Something I prayed for and the bondage was broken. yahoo...

Now hopefully TOM will come and go and all will be whooshing away again. Glad to see you guys are doing pretty good. Way proud of you all. We can definately accomplish our goals with each others continued support. Thank you guys for everything.

I have been trying to catch up on all your messages. I had to spend the last 2 weeks getting ready for my parents estate sale so I haven't had time to be on here. I am on my way to walmart to stock up on low carb food. You ladies give me alot of hope!! Thanks so much!!

Since I have no clue how to start the new thread, will some one set up a link to the new one when it is up. Sometime I forget to go to the new one and I end up in the old singing the song... Im so alone, there no buddy here around me , but you got to have frieeeeends. Will some one please be my friend and set up the pretty little link?
