Hey all.....How are you all? I was away for a while, for a funeral. I am back to hang out with you girls at the same weight 272. I didnt gain....I guess thats good

I just joined here and am looking for all the support I can get.
my current weight is 260. I started Atkins on 8/30, and so far I have not cheated at all, although I may have over eaten "allowed" foods. ugh.
I am walking every evening and just trying to believe in myself, which feels rough today.
