Paula- I am soooo ready for a great week! Thanks for suggesting it, I think I'll try it...

Catz- thanks for starting the thread, I wasn't sure how to get it going...

Well gals, I didn't weigh in this AM, just got up and got going. I had an appointment for the A/C on my car to get fixed (no, it isn't really that hot here in WA to really need it, but I am going to be driving down to Sacramento Ca. in a couple of weeks and I will need it there). I also met up with another friend of mine who is a teacher and helped her get her classroom ready for September for a couple of hours. After that I went to my new office and my principal helped me move out the old monstrosity desk that was there so I could set up a desk I found on craigslist. I was going to wait to set up the desk, but just got excited and went to work on it, so I finished around 5pm. Came home and ate some chicken hot dogs. I drank a bunch (almost 1/2 gallon) of green tea today but the hot dogs are all I have eaten, I didn't get hungry at all today. It was kind of strange. I weighed right before I ate, I am at 197 today. I will be sure to weigh in the am tomorrow. I will be going to visit my sister in Portland. We are going to go to the Street of Dreams and tour the million dollar houses (she designed the home entertainment system for one of the houses and her company installed it)... should be fun, I already went to the Seattle SoD. I am going to get into my kitchen now and prepare some food to take along. I am planning on leaving super early to aviod traffic so I have to get ready tonight. I just remembered I need to do laundry too- guess I better get to it!

Have a great TUESDAY ladies!

3.6 lbs. down today, and that’s after gaining about 6 lbs. followed by 1 day of Kimkins (with a 1 cup salad for my veggies), then 1 day of KE, 1 day of Kimkins in which I purposely upped all amts.

Yesterday’s final menu totals were as follows: 1,317 calories, 61 fats, 37 carbs, 141 proteins. I just about flipped with that protein amt. (12 oz.) - it seems too high after I've been so severely limiting them, but it's PMS time and I'd rather do the "unlimited" lean protein gig than anything else. I also had a total of 2 cups of green veggies (with a few cauliflower florets thrown in). I tried a new "sauce" called Cashew Curry Gourmet for my skinless chicken tenderloins, since it's low in carbs and even fats.

I also did my Water Workout for 1.5 hrs., plus more time walking around the pool cleaning it, at least 30 minutes or more (nice way to stretch the legs, too.) So by the time I was done with my water conditioning exercises, and logged my home-making activities and desk work, I burned off over 3,400 calories.

Because I have to be careful and be sure to get in calcium and extra fats for my particular health needs (not to mention to help break a “halt”), today I will introduce small amts. of high calcium dairy products (half-n-half, fat-free cottage cheese) and again up my green vegetables amt. I’m aiming for at least 1,000 calories a day from all healthy selections, but about 1200-1300 calories a day when I exercise.

To today’s menu I’m adding 2 tbsp. of half-n-half in my one cup of morning tea, 1 tsp. parmesan cheese to my Egg Beaters again, 1 snack of ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese, and only 1 tbsp. total of extra virgin, organic coconut oil (for lightly sautéing my green beans). (This is in addition to my calcium and magnesium supplements, plus Omega 3-6-9 and Vitamin E – all good fats). Just doing that only brings my fats up to about 23 grams from both food and 1 tbsp. coconut oil, so I will be adding flax seeds to my salad (no more than 1/8 cup for the whole day). That will bring my healthy fats right to 30 (or a tiny bit over, no more than 32 grams) and that’s fine.

Even with these additions, my WOE is still very low-in fat (30 fat grams total); however, carbs are up but they are healthy, nutritional carbs, and that’s acceptable for the nutrients and needed fiber. (The 2 cups I had yesterday have already gotten things moving along, if you catch my drift.)

My aim since starting Kimkins has always been to increase my health while losing this wt., and it seems as a fibromyalgiac and an arthritis-suffer (not to mention that I’m a woman!), I really need to get a healthy amt. of both calcium and magnesium each day. I may have to add about 1 gram potassium too (not too much, because too much potassium is just as dangerous as not enough!). Tecnically speaking, my "new" WOE is a combo of Kimkins, PSMF, and a touch of Atkins - but mostly leaning toward PSMF.

The more I read up on needed nutrients, the more I understand why we need a certain amt. of minerals like salt, magnesium, potassium, etc. Just a sprinkling of salt (sea salt or kosher salt is very good for the body) to our eggs or over our lean proteins is enough sodium for the day. But we need to add magnesium, calcium and potassium supplements every day to keep a healthy balance. As for fats, Kimmers says have enough fats to make menus work, but I’m also considering how much of the good fats a body needs to make IT work! Dr. Atkins explained why fats are necessary but, like anything, I believe we can easily fall into certain mindsets, and either up fats, or lower calories, or do something that the "diet designer" never intended. In the long run, we have to find out what is working to keep (or get us) to optimum health while we lost wt.

Yesterday, I used something called “Sculpting Gel,” which is a topical gel (ordered thru Netrition, right here!) and added to just one area of fat (not all fatty areas on any given day, as this gel helps release the body fat into the system, and we don’t want TOO much fat from all over the body). So I rubbed it into my upper arms and let it sink in before I got into the water. I think I’ll rotate its usage each time I work out. Since I do my water workout at least 3 times a week, the First Day I’ll rub the gel into upper arms, the 2nd Day into the abs, and the 3rd Day into the inner thighs. My inner, upper arms and inner thigh have always been stubborn about going down in size, and though I work hard at them, the arms might go down an inch after 1 month of work-outs, and my thighs about ½ inch. The darned rock-heads!

Today’s Menu:
B: 1 cup Egg Beaters (with Mrs. Dash, a sprinkle of salt, about 1 tsp. parmesan cheese), 2 pieces of lean Canadian bacon, 1 (12 oz) cup of tea with 2 tbsp. half-n-half, 2 packets stevia
Drink: 1 Sugar Free Rock Star Energy Drink
L: 5 oz. Valley Fresh 98% fat-free chicken, 1 cup raw lettuce, 1 tbsp. fat-free ranch dressing, ½ of 1/8th cup flax seeds sprinkled over salad, and ¾ cup green beans (sauted in ½ tsp. extra virgin, organic coconut oil)
S: SF Jello
D: Ditto the lunch menu
S: ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese

Christy: I understand about the slipped discs...I have 2, and degenerative arthritis that is affecting the "mare's tail" nerve bundles...which affects my legs. The pain was incredible, and I could barely walk, even with the help of a cane.

That's why I began working out in the water. When I first started, I took it really easy but did a lot of stretching of the upper arms, then slowly and gently with my lower body, then just "doggie paddles." I began and usually stick with 3 times a week, 1.5 hrs. each time. Right around my 3rd time, I noticed the pain was ebbing away and I wasn't walking in tiny baby steps. That very night, as I moved over in bed, I felt a strange sensation in my lower back and then a BIG but painless POP! The next morning, I got with a pain-free back! It was incredible!

Oops! Have to run...other phone is ringing!!!!

Good day to all!

Hi all. No losses to report, holding steady. Dang. Oh well, I'm still being very careful and hope to see a whoosh soon. Basically sticking to LC with berries. I think I will go to Trader Joes on my lunch hour and see if I can't come up with some good stuff like nitrate free bacon, hummus and turkey jerky.

Christy I can relate. I have no idea why my weight went up this weekend. It has fallen by a few tenths of a lb, but not by much. I need to get out of this decade.

Divine, I'm enjoying your menu posts and ideas. I'm kind of flipping around trying a little of this and a little of that too. I think it keeps the body guessing. I just haven't had the will power to go stricktly K/E. I love my veggies.

Lisa: Great job on your l lb loss. Things are going in the right direction for you. Ugggh! 110 heat index. Bleh. I don't envy you. Today, since we are semi-close to the west coast, we have clouds, mist and it isn't even supposed to hit 70 degrees. Jennay was right when she said we haven't had much of a summer here. Only 2 days over 100, and very few in the 90's.

Phew, Jennay: No wonder you are losing so fast. I just couldn't go through the day on only a couple of hot dogs. Like I said, NO will power here. Hope you have fun here in P-Town at the Street of Dreams.

Hi Divine

so far today I have had my breakfast, I made a omelet with canadian bacon and cheese.... didn't eat much of the canadian bacon... just a few bites.... Had one cup of coffee and working on my second cup..... got to get my vitamins in today....

I will probably not eat lunch until about 3 since its so late... eating about a 1/2 cup of chicken salad with just a few onions and alittle mayo... and some pork rinds....with sf lemonade....

tonight I am making Dh some Shrimp alfredo... I am going to cook me a few shrimp in some olive oil with alittle obay seasoning sprinkled in.... this is one of my favorites...

I finished off the low carb ice cream yesterday... I am going to stay clear of it for a while... and try my best to get back into ketosis where life can be so much easier... No craving and all....

I really need to get back at it... I cancelled my pool membership yesterday.... haven't been in a while... for a ssolid week I tried to go, but thunderstorm kelp me from being able to get in.... and since gas is up and my car needs new brake pads, well, just not a good time to be making a 28 mile one way trip to the pool.....

I am really going to try and make it to the church to the walking track it is only about a mile away.... and they have a small gym there.... just got to get motivated again

its hot here today.... going to hit 101 with a heat index of 110.... got the air going and more then likely won't venture out much... way to hot.....

Maybe I need to get up and do some housecleaning... to get in alittle exercise....Got to get motivated here.... where or where did my motivation go??????????

hope everyone is having a great day...

will be back later

Wow, I guess it is offically Auguest. The heat is here. For me its the rain and the heat. We have the air cranked up keeping every one cool and comfy. Is every one who has kids in school ready for school to start? Part of me is, and part of me isnt.I am looking forward to finding a me moment or at least being able to go pee with out having the door fling open folowed by MOMMMM , I need, or I want, or my personal fav is he/she took my bla bla bla. No seriously, I will miss them. This year I will have one in 2nd grade, kindergarten and one in half a day in preschool. My one year old has been clinging to me lately so I think he wil enjoy some one on one time. My plan is to drop of the 3 oldest at school at 9 am and then do what ever running around I have, untill 11:45 when I will pick up my 3 YO. Then it will be nap time for my 3&1 y/o. This is when I will go pee alone. Snack around 2, and then we will walk the 2 mile round trip to the school to pick up the oldest 2 kids. This will be my 5days of cardo. (pushing 2 kids up and down hills) My husband has been doing very well with lifting almost every night, so I will join him, but rotate areas. I wanted to start more in august but we will be haveing to more stays in the hospital before the month ends. I;m just to draned to even think about it. My 3 year olds tube transfer went well. They did have to remove about a forth of inch of granular tissue, but other wise went well.
My WOE didnt go so great, I gained 4 pounds in 3 days, although TOM is any day.

I feal like I am just about out of currage. My brother called me last night and I jokeing said I need some curage pills. He gave me a long lecture and I had to reasure him I was kidding. I just wish I could fast foward threw the next month or so. Than again it would just be something else.

I am back home now with the fridge packed with protein.
I am going to still try and hit my goal of 250 by aug16. it going to be tough.

Thanks every one for always being around . I look so forward to reading and posting with you all.

Dream: That must be SO aggravating, and it's the main reason I alternate the WOE, glean ideas from various sources, and make changes whenever I get stuck. I think the exercise gain of 5 lbs. was a bit too much. The more I look into the causes, the more the evidence points to a slowing metabolism - actually, a halted metabolism that doesn't want to give up anything. The only way to get it to relax is to up amts. here and there, taking it easy and doing so with good, clean foods.

Lisa - Mycattaz: You've come so far, and it's hard to keep motivation going as the months go by. I think the only thing that helps me is to look back at the road I've already walked, and figure I don't want to go back to the starting line. Know what I mean, jellybean?

Kbetz: First, I'm glad to hear the baby's surgery went so well. What a stresser that must have been! Hey, 4 lbs. in 3 days isn't bad, especially with all that's going on for you! You just jump right back into your groove, and those 4 lbs. will HAVE to move!!!

Jennay: I hope your trip is safe and lots of fun!

Miss devine and My Catz, thanks for the encouragement.
We have so much fun stuff planed that keeps me going. Or so my husband just told me when I called him at work. We have left over cedar point tickets from vacation that we are going to use to take the oldest two kids to in earlly October for my daughters Bday ( weekends will still be open) We are getting a cabin for our aniversary in november and I am thinking about planinga family holiday get together in early December for my dad and brother , and sister in law. When we adopted our now 3 year old a large portion of my family wrote us off, so holidays last year were kind of loonly. I would like to have a family day with who's left to celebrate. We are also hopefully finalizing our 1 Y/O 's adoption by then.
I also will surley be much thiner when I see my brother. When he called me yesterday he had boughten kiacks and had been biking 8 miles on the weekends. I have a feeling he will be smaller to. I havn't told him I have been looseing. I mentioned the last time I saw him to take a good look at me because he wouldnt reconize me the next time he sees me. He kind of laughed. I think I will always be his chubby little sister with a pretty face and strong spirt. Thats how he used to describe me. He's a good guy.

WAHOOOOOOO. I am so excited My husband just called and we have great news. First of all let me start by telling you that he manages a Bk in a very dangerous area where he gets threatend all the time. He's been at that store for almost 5 years. We knew there was talk of him getting moved to a MUCH BETTER location for a 10 week trial. He was going to be covering 3 days a week at the other store and 2 at his own while a manger was out on Maternity. Some one is getting moved up and other stuff so he if things went well he would be moveing to one of 2 stores., but both in better locations. He just found out that today the plan will be for him to run the better store in person and run his by phone and perodically stop in. They will have a trial manager there who is an assistant from another store who will likely move into store manager postion there.
oK now for the really big news. He just got the total of his bonus that he will be getting next month and it is 3 times as big as he has every gotten. He was talking to the manager that he will be replacing and she said " thats nothing, and she gets much bigger" all the time. His store was a low volume store in a impoverished neighborhod, not much proffit.

Ok even bigger deal now, He just called me again and said that we are going shopping tonight at the out let mall and to dinner tonight. He said we can just throw in on a credit card, I said Oh but honey I hate to do that and he said we need to do this. I know this sounds silly but I have tears rolling down my face as I can imagine my kids tonight at the show store trying on new school shoes. I wasnt sure how I was going to pull that one off. Wow. It's all going to be ok. Oh ya and the diffrent location thing is pretty much a done deal( long term)

Kbetz: Contratulations to your DH and you. The safe location is bonus enough. Good for him. Have fun shopping and going out to dinner. I'm happy all went well with the surgery. It's awfully hard on a parent when a child has to go through that. I've been there.

Divine: I just bought some flax flour. It's the first time I've been able to find it. Smart carbs are so important. I'm hoping to make pancakes (mostly eggs, of course) with a couple of tablespoons of flax flour whipped in to see if they are more like real pancakes. Can't wait to try it.

Lisa: Hope you stay cool.

Thanks dream cometrue and mycatz.
For the same money I would have spent at wallmart I was able to go to the out lets and shop at Gap, childrens place and name brand shoe out let. The kids got nikes ,by one get one half and every one got three pairs of jeans, 4 shirts and a hoddy from gap. They had arby s for dinner in the van and I ate some rost beef. My husband bought 2 pairs of jeans form the levis store where the kids told the manager that daddy was spending all of his bonus money on them. She gave him 20% extra off because they were so cute. Hubby says they probabbly always do. Its amazing how when you need a little luck it comes out of no where. He was able to get his much needed pants for 20$ a pair.We have bought everything used for so long. My husband couldnt get over how stiff the pants felt. I keep telling him thats how they feel before the other guy wears them.
( ha , ha)I had to twist his arm to get them. We found Tshirts for the kids for $3 a peice at childrens place. My boys are very skinny and we were able to buy them the adjustable wast jeans after our coupon that I printed for about $8 a piece. Yes I did buy my self something. Actually it was free. I had a coupon for the Gap store for 20 percent off of $75.00. I fell short of the 75 so I added a Gap hoddy for myself. By the time the
20% came off it was free again. I know it was crazy to buy a hoddy in aug. but it was going to be one of my weight loss treats for this fall. I bought it so that it just fits ok. I like them big to wear in place of a coat when I run the kids back and forth. By the time it is cold enough to wear it will be really baggy. I couldnt belive it, I paid a third of what I would have paid at the regular store. I love the outlets. They let my kids dress nice with out haveing to pay the high price. The quality is much better to. This is important since almost everything in our house gets handed down. We stoped by the KB toy store and let every one pick out a "new" toy. This usually only happens on Bdays and christmas. We have such great used stores around that we buy them used to. My youngest 2 boys picked out matching elmos that teach you to tie zip, button, etc. My daughter picked out a disney princess baby doll set. My oldest son picked a lightning Mcqueen car. Even my husband picked up a arcade type plug in video game for $2.88. They had a deal where you spent $30.00 you get $5 back in KB bucks that we can use at any KB store. Wow when it rains luck it poors.

I feal like its Christams morning and I am so grateful. My kids told my husband tonight at bed time " thanks daddy for working so hard to get us a bonus." His heart is glowing with pride. He needed it.

Sory for rambleing but I am just so excited.

dream come true- Have you every tried making pancakes out of the whey protein shake mix? I did that a little to often last month and didnt loose like I want to. All I did was add less water to the vanilla powder and a TBS of PB. Add water untill it looks like pancakes batter. I fryed it in a pam sprayed pan. The only trick is to flip it as soon as you see the first bubble, dont wait like you would normally. They burn fast. I have learned to make so much out of the powder. I pay $12 for 3 pounds at target.

I am down another .6 lbs this am..... Dh wanted to go eat at the chinese resturant last night.... I ate alittle off, but didn't eat that much, but I am very pleased with my .6 loss....

Kbetz, sounds like you had a wonderful time... I love going to the outlet malls, we go when we go to piegion forge sometimes.... we are hoping to be heading that way here in a few weeks... hopefully we will have some extra money to do some extra shopping....

I have really got to get with it.... I still would like to lose at least 50 lbs before december and that shouldn't be to hard to do.... would be really nice to lose alot more... but, I know I can lost at least 10 lb average a month, if I will just make myself stick with it...

breakfast today- 2 egg omelet w/ cheese & candian bacon
Lunch- I really need to go to walmart and get me some lettus and start eating a few salads again.... I did really well when I was adding a salad a day and it kept me regular...
Dinner- Maybe tonight it will be my shrimp in olive oil.... if not steak and sausage....

hope everyone has a great day.... will be back later

Hi!

Sorry I haven't been around lately, my "fun" computer time has been limited. Hate when that happens. I'm doing great on plan, and am 1 lb away from 90 lbs gone! My next official weigh-in is the 15th, so by then I should be in the 90 lb club!

I'm envious of all of you who aren't dealng with this horrid heat & humidity. Please send some coolness down here.

kbetz - What a great story! Congrats to your DH, & I'm glad y'all had so much fun shopping.

Divine - Good for you for figuring out what's working for your weight loss & health.

Christy - Nice to meet you I'm from New Orleans too, but have lived in Houston since 1993. All my family is still in NO, & we were there this past weekend visiting.

to all!

Mycatz and Jennifer congrates on the loss. I to came down 1 pound this morning. I am planing on haveing a great day. I am stall on a shopping high from yesterday and I am taking a Kohls 20 gift card today to get a pair of 18 jeans. Will they fit me? Nope, not unless I lay down and dont breath. My 22s are getting loose but I want a pair to shoot for. When I hit 242 a few years ago I was wearing 18's so I know it is obtainable.

I like to do that too. I am wearing today (for the first time) a pair of 16 capri jeans I bought around April. I still have major muffin top...but it looks okay with the right top.

Finally I lost another pound (it's been about 3 weeks!).

Today I need to get a lot of work done, because we are going to six flags tomorrow. I hope it cools off!

Yowza! Dropped another 2.4 lbs (6 lbs. in 2 days). Finally, the messed-up free meal gain is gone. Just another 3 to go to be back at my 55 lb. wt. loss.

I still can't get over it. Using ideas from Lyle McDonald's book (Rapid Fat Loss) and Lovely Lady's personal daily limits (a lady from another thread), and reading other info about carbs and fats while low-carbing, yesterday's totals were as follows: 1,399 cals, 50 fats, 45 carbs, and 153 proteins – and I lost wt!

I did another very gentle Water Workout, just moving arms and legs and not pushing so hard because I had another agonizing leg cramp in my lower right left the day before (this has happened to me on and off for 11 yrs.) . So I upped my calcium and magnesium by 1 tablet and took it much easier in the water yesterday. But I still got my 1.5 hrs. in!

Last night, I surfed the Net (might that be considered another "water" exercise? haha)and found a site that summarizes the various low-carb WOE's. I also found a suggested formula for how many carbs a person should have per day, which at first worried me. But it seems to be working for me!

I would NOT have believed it, after my many tries on Atkins, that I could ever go past 20carbs a day (I've been using "total" and not "net," just to be careful).

I've been experimenting with carbs amts. and slowly upping them the last week or so (seeing 30 for the first time made me nervous!). But it wasn't until Monday when I added the green veggies that they really went up. Yesterday, I had 45 total (not net) carbs, all from clean sources - green veggies, half-n-half, string cheese, a Tuscan Herb sauce on my veggies, and 1 tbsp. of Steele's Sweet and Sour sauce).

This is the formula for personalizing daily carb amts. : LBM (Lean Body Mass) x 0.5 gram = minimum daily carb limit. That's total carbs, not net. I figure going to the minimum of that formula is another safe way to test our reactions while "upping" carbs (which should come from good, clean food sources - mostly green veggies and salads, high-calcium dairy, and occasionally some low-carb fruit, mostly berries like strawberries and raspberries.)

Christy: Mr. Arthur Ritis is a fiend, isn't he? I have it in the knees and hips, bursitis acts up in the shoulders sometimes...no doctor was catching the signs and then 2 years ago, blam! I fell because my leg didn't move properly (I thought I broke my leg, the pain was so intense)...which led to x-rays and the discovery of my knees disintregrating. Blood tests were only showing slightly elevated RA all that time, can you believe it? But I kept telling my doctor about the pain in my hips and knees, as well as the muscle contractions, and he said "It's JUST the fibro." (JUST the fibro???)

I hate the idea of the shots, because I know in the long run the damage they do. But I understand why a person would want to take them...the pain is too much and we can't function. My water workouts have been helping immensely (though my knees still rattle when I try to make steps, I CAN make them now.) I'm very glad to be off the pain meds for the arthritis and fibro, though! I hope you start seeing the same kind of benefits, especially if there is any way you can get into a pool!

Hon, if your scale is digital, does it need new batteries? My old fashioned scale was a tyrant and I found it never quite wanted to behave itself. It was doing the same thing yours does.

Jennifer: Wow! Almost 90 lbs. gone forever! YOU ROCK, Baby!

Lisa, Mycattaz: There you go, hon! My new motto is "Shake it up to shake it down."

Kbetz: Ah, hon, that is such wonderful news! I understand how you feel...I really do. DH and I have been thru many lean times, and simple things like getting the kids new shoes or book supplies and not worrying about the money is such a good feeling! I'm so happy for your dh, too!

Paula: How are you doing today, love? Feeling excited about your trip?

Dream: So what are you going to do with your flax??? I've experimented with it and almond meal in the past...makes a nice bottom crust for a low-carb cheese cake. And throwing the flax on salads is always a healthy, good idea, too! (They have a nice, sweet kind of taste, don't you think?)

Is that at a regular target, or supertarget? Brand name?

I like the kind I have, but it's expensive...and DH is going thru it rapidly. He's getting very buff. Or, what's the modern word...ripped. His round shoulder tattoo is now an oval.

Hey Ladies:

Jennifer: It's good to hear from you. You have always been such a quick loser. 90 lbs! Phew. I can't wait until I can say I've lost 90 lbs. It's kind of embarassing when people ask how much I have lost and how much I hope to lose because then they say "you weren't that much overweight were you?" HMMM. I know I've asked you this before, but can you post a typical day?

Divine: Whoo Hoo, you are on a roll. Yay for your loss. Besides pancakes, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the flax flour. I have never had it before. Perhaps mix it with protein powder and some egg and make muffins? I don't know. I'm going to look at some recipies. I've seen recipes for LC brownies, MMM, maybe I can make them with the flax flour. Speaking of, a friend of mine made a flourless chocolate cake. OMGosh, it was soo good. Like you, Divine, I count all carbs, not net. I still have the saying pounded into my brain that you have to eat to lose weight. So how do you calculate lean body mass? I'm curious to see how many carbs per day I should be eating.

Christy: I have had disc problems with my back before. It took weight loss to relieve the problem, but that was a few years back, but I've never had trouble since. Oh, after I lost that weight, I gained it all back, of course. Not this time.

Kbetz: I love our outlet stores. We have several outlet malls in P-Town and a huge one in a city about 30 miles from here. Since I've been losing weight, I have shopped at Ross and Goodwill, hoping the clothes will be too big to fit soon. I'm so glad you all had such a good time. Your DH is something special.

Paula: I just recently discovered protein powder at Target too. I was so excited because it's much less expensive than the brand I bought before. I think it was EAS. The Target here is just a regular store. We don't have target superstores.

Lisa: Congrats on yet another loss. Whoo Hoo!

Okay, so I'm now 190.8. Almost down to what I started at a week ago. Is the third time a charm? Can I get to the 180's in the next week? Stay tuned.
