Morning Ladies!!!!
Here we are ........ another week!!! I am sitting by the puter this morning drinking coffee and catching up on reading. I was not able to be in chat much yesterday from work and when I did go in noone was there Sherry it sounds like I missed you there again I am glad you are coming into chat more.....you have alot of experience to share and there are alot of us there that need it

What does everyone have planned for today? I am already up and doing laundry.........woo hoo!!! Darrell is going to start playing softball tonight. He is so excited.......being a Cali boy at heart (where softball is HUGE) he is like a kid on Christmas morning. We went to the sporting goods store last night and dropped $100 for cleats, batting glove, visor etc.... He was trying to talk me into a new bat.....$300 ON SALE!!!!!! NOT!!!!!! He was sooooooo funny.......he really really wanted that bat but I reminded him it was the end of the month and all our bills are due and he would have to wait. Dang I felt like a mother saying no to a kid. He didn't make a fit about it but he kept swinging it and it was just so funny to watch

Sherry no more hitting myself in the head.....you knew I would have to kid you about your pic but I am proud of you for posting it. Being that we talk offline and knowing you a little better than some here on the thread, I know how that was a huge step for you. And being on the outside looking in I can see such growth in you since we first met on here......you truely do not give yourself enough credit......YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! And you really have not changed that much since that pic.......it looks just like you

Morning everyone!

Last night I had the worst stomach pains! I have no idea what caused that, but I ended up just eating a couple Wasa Crackers, drinking some diet gingerale and going to bed. Feeling a little better today.

Laundry on my birthday........never ending battle.......thought I would get a jump on it and be done with it. Going to "make" Darrell go to the gorcery store with me later and then tonight he has a double header softball game..........that in itself should prove to be VERY amusing!!!!! My mother is praying for no injuries and Aliyah told Darrell he is too old!!!!!!

WOW - Miss one day and have we been a busy group. Oh the pedicure was wonderful - I think my goal for July is going to be a manicure.

My mini goal for this week is to go to Curves 4 times, drink more water and to stop being so hard on myself because it isn't helping anyone, especially not me.

DH is on holidays this week and I'm only working Monday and Tuesday. No exciting plans BUT we finally found an air conditioner and it should be here on Friday AND the contractor has room on Friday to put it in. So I'm hoping it all works out because this heat has been making me very tired and cranky.

How was everyone else's weekend?

I cannot believe tomorrow is the last day of July!! That went by so fast!! I forgot to tell ya'll I weighed in at 207.8 this morning, so I'm hoping I can claim 207 for the start of August, or at least stay at 208. Today I was very snacky though. I still stayed at only 31.5 carbs, but I was aiming for 20-25 LOL. Oh well, guess I got my appetite back after being sick and not wanting to eat dinner last night. Tomorrow will be better because I'll be way too busy at school to over-snack.

Darrell to the recuse........he called DJ without me knowing and DJ showed up at the softball game with a BEAUTIFUL card and alot of mushy stuff written inside......made me cry

I watched a bunch of grown out of shape men try to play softball........it was sooooooo fun.........even got some exercise chasing foul balls

I have to agree.......pedicures are worth every single penny you pay for them........even better when they are free!!!

Had a great workout this morning........30 on the eliptical on level 11!!!!! Yes 11!!!! I didn't tear up any records with speed but the resistance felt great. Upper body weights and crunches........feeling strong and energetic........off to get reday for another 100 degree day at work Lots of water on plan for today

Had a bad weekend...eating. Meat and eggs today. We will see how long I can do the M&E thing. Going to the lake next weekend and that always ends up being a feeding frenzy. Maybe if I am not craving anything that will help. I get so angry with myself. I know I shouldn't be eating that crap and I feel horrible afterwards but I still can't resist. Good thing the weekend is over and I can start getting serious again.

Anyway..jumped on the scale today..and thought I might be up a bit..but am happy ( and a bit confussed) to announce...(Drum roll inserted here)

144!!!!!!!

Yup..dropped my 1 lb tom gain and another ugly lb along with it! So I'm right back in the mid range on goal weight once again!!!
