I hope y'all don't mine me starting us in a new month.

OK. The scale was back down today so that 5 pounds in 2 days was a total fluke. In fact, I was down 6 pounds this morning. I water. And I took measurements so at least I have something to judge this month. I hate the scale but my gauchos are falling off so something's working.

Hi!!

Sorry I've been MIA. I've been 'that girl' - The one who ignores her friends while her guy is around. And eating and exercising have been crap. Back on plan for me!

Sarah - Belated

Brook - I'm glad that 5 lbs went away and took a friend. for baggy gauchos!

Tiggy - Hi! Hope your computer problems are solved soon. Keep warm!

I'm glad you are back, Jennifer.

Now my scale is crazy again because I've been into the (very salty) italian sausage. The clean plater in me says not to waste it and throw it away so maybe 1 more meal and it's gone. I've been a water guzzler but will have to do it later. I'm headed to a movie today and learned my lesson about water last week trying to sit through The DaVinci Code.

Good luck, Sarah! I hope you are able to do what you want.

We went to see The Break-Up. I love Vince Vaughn.

I got a little detoured last night and was into several glasses of shiraz.

Still going strong I see!!

Looks like several of you who started this challenge at the beginning of the year are still going strong, to which I say -BRAVO!! Needless to point out I fell out of the lowcarb lifestyle for a long while and regret it terribly. As of today I am restarting, and trying to get into that upbeat/positive mode that will keep me here. After a crappy breakfast of mexican rice/cheese/chips, I decided enough was enough! For the remainder of the day and from here on out I will be: CarbFree/CaffeineFree/SugarFree. I work 3rd Shift now,my next night on being Sunday, so hopefully the headaches from hell will be over by then. So if it is ok with everyone still active, I would like to restart this challenge. If it is to late to rejoin just lemme know, I won't be fussy LOL. Either way congrats to each and every one of you, yall ROCK!!

OMG someone is here HORRAY I feel sooo lonely lately. I think that it would be WONDERFUL if you Joined it helps me I love all the gals here except there hasn't been much going on lately cause of the nice weather I am assuming.

WELCOME to the Challenge and Great job on deciding to go LC I am PROUD of you, it takes a lot of GUTS I ahve been there and with all the support you will do wonderfully.

I am having some major hormonal issues I had this before and have a fibroid or something they are unsure all I know is I had a scope done and I have a huge mass that presses on my bladder and makes it hard to me to urinate and also move my Bowels and it's very sore. My weight over the last 3 weeks has SHOT up 12 pounds dispite me doing anything different. I just am hoping I am not gunna have to have surgery cause that would suck. Hopefully this issue will resolve on it's own as for now I am Bloated crabby and sore and can't stand it I feel gross.

I am still exercising like a wild woman.

I just got my Back and Biceps done again I upped the weight I can feel it most definately OHHH YA baby. It's funny this morning I am 190 my measurements are all the same WEIRD my body is one screwed up machine.

Hi Sarah! I think your training is awesome. I have bought some dumbells and a bar as well as over a 100lbs worth of free weights. Now if I can just get motivated and get the correct form for each exercise. I know going to a gym for instruction would be ideal, but it's just not an option to me for the time being. I'm starting my vitamins and suppliments tonite, so hopefully that will help with some extra energy to get me motivated. Grocery shopping for low carb items is on the to-do list for when I get off work in the morning. Better go and get ready for work, hope yall had a good weekend!

Kewl Beanz! Thanks a bunch Sarah Although I prolly won't get a chance to read up on it in detail for a couple of days yet, 3rd shift makes it crazy around here. I did make it to Walmart for some legal foods this a.m. before I came home. I usually only eat before work at about 5:30pm and when I get home at 6:00a.m. I'm not sure how this will effect the plan, I may have to start packing at least a snack to eat at 12:30a.m. break huh? I had a bit of a headache last nite, so had to kill it with a bit of diet coke. I'm actually not even hungry right now, but I know I need to eat *something*. RoastBeef & provalone will prolly be my supper/breakfast whatever LOL. Anyways, I'm still pluggin' on, hope everyone has a great day!!
