Happy Mothers Day to all you mothers. I hope you all have a blessed Mothers Day and relax and enjoy YOUR special day.

Where has everyone been this last week? We are missing some of our ladies. I hope that it means that you have been busy exercising and living life to the fullest. But we need you in here.

My day is going to be busy. Celebrating Mothers Day at my mommy's house with my grandmother and aunt and uncle and whoever else shows up. Hoping I do not have any "sister drama" today. After that I will be doing laundry and packing getting ready to leave on Tuesday. I have a zillion things to do.....not just packing but also getting things in order here for Aliyah and Darrell before I go. Hoping I do not forget anything

Lisa will be starting the new thread for me next Sunday as I will still be in Tennessee and getting ready to head home. Help remind her ladies. I am not saying she is forgetful but........she is

Happy Happy Mother's Day to all the Mommies!!!

So far it's been a lovely day for me. My son gave me an adorable stuffed animal flower...and as usual, he makes the most amazing 3d cards! He also plays the Viola..and he sarinaded me with 4 lovely songs.

The Hubby is taking me out for a "shopping spree" for some new workout clothes..and gave me a lovely set of kitchen stuff for the new house that matches my color scheme ( so I know he was paying attention) salt and pepper shakers ( of shich I have over a 300 piece collection..) napkin holder and oil burner in old, brightly colored mexican print. Also..a wonderful card ( he really has finally gotten to know what is most important to me..finally!) (LOL)

He is also picking-up my favorite hot wings so I don't have to cook! (woo hoo)

My present to myself, is to not weigh myself and get frustrated (LOLOL)

I hope you all have a wonderful and well-pampered day! A Big Giant THANKS to all the moms for their slefless loveing time and energy. Their is no harder job then being a Mom!!!!!

Hi all

We had the Communion yesterday for ds . the ceremony was beautiful.

party was great. i ate chicken, veal /peppers small portion, salad. i brought my own dressing. danced alot. had some cake icing. and a bottle of wine. maybe some pizza toppings i dont remember

today i was down 1.2 this morning

thank goodness wine was on my carb ladder this week . maybe not a bottle though!

no gym again today but i will be there tomorrow morning bright and early. my friend told me yesterday that i look 10 years younger....that would put me at 37

Hey Everyone! I'm here ~ I really am.........

Hope you all had a wonderful Mothers Day as I had!

Awww Lisa ~ you almost made me cry ~ there sure is no harder job than being a mom, wife, friend, etc...and it sure is nice sitting back and letting everyone let you know how much you really mean to them ~ I woke to a WONDERFUL breakfast cooked by my son and his girlfriend (scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, blueberry muffins, fresh strawberries/pears/peaches w/yogurt dip and a homeade strawberry smoothie WOW it was fantastic, then my two other kids cleaned up kitchen ~ it was soooo perfect! I got a beautiful scented candle that really is a nightlight (flame looking when lit) that slowly releases the scent of the candle but you leave it on all the time ~ its sooo cool ~ and a bunch of foot manicure stuff (my new obsession by the way ), silicone baking sheet, and a pina colada candle ~ then we all went to MIL's for a nice visit (+ a few beers ) then back home and ordered pizza out and a few more adult beverages

Sorry guys for not posting in awhile, but been keeping up with you all as usual! Thanks for all who's been missing me ~ miss you all too ~ but been busy, busy, busy getting my "summer on"

Already set my alarm for 3:40a.m. tomorrow as we are really backed up at work but will still be out by 4:00pm ~ hey I love the time1/2

OMG you guys, my work is SUCH a workout in itself.........I have been completely eating anything and everything and still maintaining my exact weight ~ it's almost like my body is burning everything I eat faster than I actually eat it.............lovin it of course

OK now I'm ready to talk "Idol" and I am P...I...S...S...E...D! I am in love with Chris and can't believe that happened! I heard on the radio that 15,000 people proved their vote for Chris went to Kat ~ WTH! I will not watch the rest of them ~ my family don't believe me but I am sticking to my word and not watching any more

OMG something else I haven't told you guys ~ last weekend we all went to Dh's dads house and my dd was down at the lake with all the little ones and if you can believe it one of the little boys (under 2yrs old and can't swim) slipped into the lake and sunk and my dd jumped in head first and pulled him out ~ the mom was right there in sight and never seen it happen my dd thought she was gonna be traumatized for life the parents of the boy sent her a $100.00 giftcard the the local mall and a beautiful thank-you card ~ it was crazy!

Hey guys this is a quick drive by as I can't believe it is almost 11 pm and I am still up.......today was a good day. Got grocery shopping done for my family while I am gone, started laundry and began getting some things together for the trip. I will finish packing tomorrow night.

Went to my mommys house and was immediately met by drama walking thru the door. For those that know the whole sister/nephew/Halloween story......today was the first time I have seen my nephew since that night and I was not thrilled about seeing him and pretty much knew what to expect but put on my game face and was planning to make the best of it for my mommy since this was HER day. Walked thru the door and said hello to my grandmother, who was the first person I saw, and then to my nephew, who was the second person I saw, and was met by the nastiest look you could possibly give someone without telling them to go get f*&%$^.......I wanted to just leave but instead stayed out on the patio for a while and then left. I think my mom understood but it is hard for her when there is family drama. Perhaps there is more that I could have done but the way I see it is that I didn't do anything in the first place and also I went in with a smile and spoke.......I swear that kid is headed for a road of detruction and it won't be long. Fortunately Darrell was going to follow over in a separate vehicle and I called him and told him not to bother. This may sound sad but I look at that little punk and just can't help thinking that he thinks he "won". Oh well.......enough of that........

I am headed to bed.........post more individually tomorrow.......wonder how many more days until Tennessee?

I did get to spend the afternoon with my 10 month old grandson and that was wonderful we had such a great time toghether. His mom said see if you can get him to stop crying... well that little boy never cried...hmmm maybe if she just gave him more attention...what a concept!!!!!!!!!!! So hard to keep your mouth shut ...but I do... I make sure he is ok and spend time with him as much as I can. But Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

We survived the bday party on Friday night. It went well. I got breakfast in bed yesterday. Ty is so sweet that way. He needed a little help from dad though. We went to my MIL yesterday afternoon and then BBQed at my moms last night. It was fun. We made the men do the dishes...a first in our family.

I have been gaining again. Not sure why. Have had a few cheats but not as much as I have been gaining. Going to hit it hard again starting today. Wish me luck.

School is winding down here and the boys are busy with field trips and fun activities. Wish I was a kid again.

I have to check out the eagle cam - I didn't know they got a new one up and running yet.

Sounds like you had a wonderful Mothers Day........lucky girl......I actually spent my morning cooking breakfast and grocery shopping so Darrell and Aliyah would be taken care of before I left for Tennessee. OMG you ALL would have died if you had seen what all they threw in that grocery cart. Needless to say the oven and stove will not even be turned on while I am gone but the microwave is gonna get a workout

OMG!! OMG!!!! OMG!!!

I had the most HORRIBLE experience today..and just have to share.

Ok..so whenever I get home..from wherever..first thing I always do is take off all my jewelry and put it in a jar right near my sink. This includes my wedding ring..as I am always in water somehow..and am always afraid I will lose it. So I got to get it this morning..and..It's Not There!!!! Ok.."calm down".... I tell myself..think! So I rememeber wearing it yesterday when we went out..had it on..my hubby made a comment about my watch ( "new watch? um..no..I got it from my sister for x-mas!" LOL) so I think..ok..I rememeber takeing it off with the watch. Ok..so finally.."ding" the lightbulb goes off..and I rememeber taking a bunch of jewelry out of the bag to take upstairs. I go and look..and sure enough..there was my ring! Man..I just burst into tears!!

It's not that it was soooo expensive, or even that my husband would get mad ( he is the most even tempered person I know!) but I just felt..BAD! I just love my ring so much..because evertime I look at it..it reminde me of my amazing husband and how blessed my life now is with him in it.

So anyway..have no idea why I'm posting this..but figured only a group of old married ladies would understand. I hope I don't ever have that horrible feeling again!

P.S. Those of you going to the Pigroast..Incase you leave soon..have a very safe and wonderful trip..and know I am so there with you all in spirit!!!!

Morning ladies!! Finally, a day off... I'm so excited for you all getting ready to go to the pig roast....But, a little jealous too..... Next year, come hell or high water, I am going to make it!!... Hey Ladies......
Wanted to let you guys know that I talked to Sandi today. She is crazy and overwhelmed!!! Rick is having a hard time and has been really sick. If you remember he got staph infection and it is not going away. He is not able to work and has been really having a hard time. And Sandi too.......taking care of Rick is more than a full time job. Keep her and Rick in your prayers. She will post when she has time but right now she is just overwhelmed.
