Well, I'm starting out this month very motivated. I watched that finale of Biggest Loser and thought, "I can do that!". I just need to stay focused. I was able to go back to the gym today. I'm also going to up my water this month. It's back to basics for me.

We found out last night that Jadin( my foster child) is leaving next week to go live with his grandmother. I am so sad....we love him like our own and its very difficult to let him go.

Laurie- I'm so sorry! What a difficult loss! Hopefully this will be good for him, but how sad for your family. You are in my prayers.
Sorry I missed yesterday, the day just got away from me. I'm taking it one day at a time and it seems to be working. I'm doing well. Emotionally I"m not really ready for the holiday to come. Normally I love this time of year. It's just hard this year. Well, I'm going through the motions and I hope the fun will follow.

I usually don't like this time of year either...not sure why but its been like this for many years. We'll get through it.

Bobbi...sorry to hear about your headaches. Do you have a chiropractor? Sounds like you need an adjustment after the accident. Hope things improve soon.

Laurie - I work for a chiropractor. I'm getting adjusted. They think my headaches are from the concussion. They'll go away. I'm doing well today. I've got to make this quick, I've got to get to my other job. I hope all is well at your house. I'll write more tomorrow.

Jadin is still here. I doubt he will go tomorrow as we are getting a snow storm but who knows.

Well..our snow storm turned into nothing...not even a flake fell here in my area. Oh well....

He's gone. I am so sad and worried for him. I hope and pray he remains safe and feels loved to no end like we love him.

Brenda-It's good to hear from you again. My accident was on Nov. 15th. I hit a deer going 50mph. i had a concussion and whiplash. I'm doing better, I just get severe headaches sometimes. They are letting up now. Today I'm doing well. I took the day off to get some rest and I've been just reading and relaxing. This has been a difficult year and I'm looking forward to the end of it and a fresh start with the new year.

HI guys..Good to hear from you. I have missed you guys. Sometimes I find it hard t belive that we have never met. It is like you guys are good friends after all this time. I am in for the month...and wouldn;t you knw, the most difficult month with all the junk around!. Still I do want to say I accomplished SOMETHING come December 31st.

doing a bit better today...have only cried once and it was brief. We got a foot of snow today so got lots of exercise shoveling. It was nice to have the day off of school. I have my final on Tuesday and have not studied much yet at all so really need to buckle down this weekend and do it.

Off to spend the weekend with my partenr who works out of town. Staff Christmas party. GOONA TAKE ThE TRAIN DOwn .IT IS BEAUTIFul trip this time of year with the forests , mountains and fresh snow.Took the afternoon off and got a ton of shoping done ( I really don;t have a lot i the overall scheme of things. But I feel overwhelme by Christmas every year. ) I Am way ahead of things this year, so maye it will be btter when I am not last minuting it!

Hey ladies, sorry I missed yesterday. I was gone all day and never was able to get to my computer. I had a great time babysitting my 2 yr old nephew until 1am. I'm doing well and am starting to get into the season. It has been really cold here, colder then normal and we had a surprise snow storm earlier in the week-I had my share of shoveling. Laurie, good luck with your test next week.

Hey Ladies, I'm surviving today. I didn't sleep very well so I'm tired. I'm so looking forward to going away for the holiday next week. I get to visit friends in Lancaster, PA and Pitman, NJ for Christmas. I'm so excited to visit-I haven't seen them in years. These are the people who love me no matter what. Hi guys.Tuesday and Laurie's test day. I will be thinking about you girl!. It's that Christmas busy here. You know, lunch out every day for the next 10 days. Some friends but lots of business related.
Testerday got in water, exercise and good day of program. I saw the night before a TV special on the man who weighed 720 pounds and the woman who weighed 627. I just kept thinking " this could be me..easily.If I don;t work to lose, I will gain." I could say that I could wait till the new yewar. But I know the new year just means I start 10-20 pounds heavier than what I am now.

Hey everyone, Brenda - I've been eating better for the most part. My plan this month has been to eat on plan everyday. I, like everyone, have a lot of food centered parties this month. I'm attending them and eating reasonably. I'm hoping to maintain this month and get a fresh start in 2006. With all the wierdness the last few months it has been much harder for me to focus on my health. Hopefully I can limit the damage and jump right back in next month. Don't get me wrong, I'm drinking my water and exercising. I'm just not being as strict with my eating as I will be after the holidays

Hi ladies....whoo hoo!!!!!!!! I am so relieved to be done for the semester! I got a 82 on my final and finished the class with an 85....so I am happy with that. It was a killer test today..very stressful.

I need to go post the format for stats this week and then I have stuff to do around here so I will catch up tomorrow.

hey Bobbi. I personally am very proud of how well you have managed with all of the terrible things going on in your life. I would have good for thirty pounds minimum wiht all that.

Congrats, Laurie. You deserve those marks for how hard you work. I hope you now have time for a good rest and some fun with your kids.
