OMG it is sooooo cute Melly. It looks so tiny. Our flea bag got a bath today so she is white again. Ha. Off to bed. Already 10:30 and we had a rough weekend.

Having a tough day today. My Dad came down with something last night. Now he is coughing up blood. He goes to the Dr. today at 12:30. He gets pnemonia a lot and I suspect that is what it is but he is 80 years old so it always scares me when he gets it. Hopefully they can get him on some antibiotics right away and he can start getting better in a couple of days.

We are planning on putting a bathroom in the basement so we have been studying that out. It is going to be so much work. Jackhammering the cement floor out and reworking all the pipes. DH wants to move our main sewer stack too. He is a plumber so I am sure it is no big deal to him but I am kind of freaking out.

Melly I am here. What the heck is going on with everyone else? At least Roro stuck her head in to say hi.

Lecture time. I am very disappointed in the rest of you Kilos. I expected more from you. End of lecture.

I am still on plan but not losing (not gaining either). Would like to get down to 145 again. Wish the woosh fairy would just zip away those 10 lbs or so.

hello~
well I am very sorry for not posting~ I am soooo tired of all this sickness!
my dd had that virus remember well then I had a major bladder infection in which I took antibotics for and was feeling better then my son came down with what my dd had & I started getting back pain & blood int he urine again sooo I go to the dr again & the bladder infection got worse insted of better so more antibotics! so we are all doing ok for a couple of days then yesterday I go pick my dd up from school & she is burning up with fever!!!!!!!! I was up all nite last nite & took her to the dr. for him to say hummm she really doesnt have any symtoms of the virus going around but take her home if she is not better by friday we will run tests!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok I am like really aggrivated & tired! please pray for us to get over all this junk and noone else to come down with anything!

I am sorry I havent said hi I have checked in lurking but I hate being such a downer all the time ...

hiya folks, I have been very busy with the upcoming play.

If you want a good laugh, here is a clip of me dancing in my costume. the funniest part is the glasses. I will be wearing contacts for the show, but forgot and left my glases on for this. DH told me to take them off, then the batteries in the camera died, and I had to put them back on to find betteries, and forgot to take them off again

Friday. Hurray! We are going to get our assessment for our health challenge through work tonight. Then we are going to a thing called Hostefest. It is a big gathering celebrating Norwegian and Scandinavian culture. They have ethnic food and a lot of entertainers, along with Scandinavian crafts and items on display. It is a pretty big event. Should be fun for awhile.

We are going to start tearing into our basement this weekend. Getting ready to put the bathroom in. It is going to be a many weekends project so bear with me.

We have to haul a bunch of our trees to the dump because of the storm last week. Our city crew said on the news last night that home owners have to clean up their own branches because they are too busy with other areas around town.

ITS FRIDAY YAY!!!!

I have a busy weekend planned. tonight I am going out to see a live band, do some dancing, and drink some wine (I think I've discovered my grain intolerance includes beer and hard liquor, but since wine is a fruit its OK)
tomorrow I have to go to tech run (for the play) from 4:30 to about 8 and then go work a 10 hour night shift. sunday I will probably only get about 5 hours of sleep, and then I have to go to dance rehearsal at noon. somewhere in there I have to cook and do laundry.

so I am off to go get ready! I get to wear somemthing in a 6

but I have to take it all in stride needless to say water and green tea are out food I'm still trying for 1200 exercise is almost nil too so keep me in your thoughts miss every one can't take to much of this any longer I just need to get back Oh! yes and no scale either so don't know if I'm still holding off my fat fast loss.
