Cool [B]TEAM MELTDOWN*******OCTOBER[/B]

I am sorry Lola, I lost all of our points for us. I will try harder this Month , I have already missed two days, so here it goes, today sucked at eating, tomorrow will be better and I will post my menus for the points, I am still exercising 5 days a week, and plan on keeping that up, I want to be down at least 70 lbs before March 18th when we leave for The Cayman Islands.

Things I have discovered about myself and this WOE, if I stray from it, I cant control myself and have a very hard time jumping back on the wagon, there is always a LC version of all the treats I am use to eating, I need to break those habits though. I need to join grey sheeters or some kind of food addiction because I am defineatly hooked on food. I can do this if I put my mind to it and never stray.
I will never give up till I get it right.

OK, I dont know what I am doing to myself, I cant stop eating the wrong carbs, candy at work seems to tempt me, I know I can do this, but my mind tells me differantly, I thought I wanted to lose weight, but am having a very tough time. I am going to go check out grey sheeters to see if that is something that could help me.

ets: I am still exercising so that is a good thing, I think that stops me from gaining weight any way.

We had dessert day at work for Customer Service week and I broke down for the temptation. I know LC is where I belong, because I feel so good when I eat the LC way, I dont feel foggy and headachey and my stomache never hurts and I dont get hungry every hour of the day. And I have control. So I need to get back on track ASAP.

Where is everyone?
I am sorry I costed us points I should have just not sent my stats in, that probably would have been the best thing to do.

I am still exercising 5 days a week. I plan on keeping that in my life, I do need to find a way of eating that satisfies me also. It will have to be LC though. I do need to try the 50 carbs per day and see how that one fits me.

Nell...NO...you need to send your stats because it keeps you accountable! You definately need to keep sending them whether it is negative points or not. Sorry I haven't been around much...my life is a bit crazy right now. Ok, more so than usual. I am headed out of town to a family reunion today. So I probably won't be around this weekend. Next weekend I head to NC for my next Hypnosis training! I am so excited to get back there and learn more! Also, I am hoping that they will hypnotise me and get rid of the 300 pound block that I have...seems as I can't get under 300 for some reason....I get to 295 and then right back up...last week I went all the way back to 308 but I have it back down to 302 now . I just am not sure what is going on but I want it to go away!

Oh it is so nice to hear from you, for a while I thought you had left me.

I am trying really hard today, after screwing up all week, it was customer service week and we had all kinds of goodies given to us. That of course is no excuse for me to eat them but I did. I am doing good today, I am going to stay under 50 carbs everyday and make my way down from there. I feel better when I take it slow.

I hope everything works out for you Lola, you know you have it in yourself to get and stay below 300. I have it in me to but I have to find it.

The reunion was very nice. I am still at my mom's and will travel home today after church. Not really a "restful" weekend by any means. However, very fun. I ate stuff that I shouldn't of yesterday I am sure. No dessert or such but a bite of the crust from some fried chicken, some wonderful brocoli salad that was probably made with a little sugar. All and all it could have been a lot worse. That being said I believe I will drop below 20 carbs for a few days and drink a lot of water to get my system back on track.

Hope to type at you soon....and I promise, I won't leave you! Somedays I am not doing so well but I won't give up on me and I won't give up on you either! Hopeful some of the others check in too. I am ok if they just don't have time. I am just afraid that they have given up on themselves...and that part makes me sad.

Hi, just thought I would stop in, I am doing ok havent touched any real high Carb junk food or bread in about a week, I have had mashed potatoes though on Sunday, so now I am doing good all week again, I have put my exercise in all last week and this week I know if I keep my exercise up I can get back on track, I know exercise is important and makes me feel good everyday I do it. so I do about 60 minutes 5 times a week. And it is helping.
It looks as though everything is well with you. I know you can stay below those 20 carbs and get on track again.

I hope the others are doing well also.
If any of you are lurking Hello and I know you can do this for your self.

Hi guys. I am sorry I havent been here. We were supposed to stick together and I failed. I am starting over once again on monday. This is so hard for me. Bad habbits are hard to change. I so want to be healthy. I have been going to curves. It is getting cooler here so I plan to go to curves and walk at the park. I love fall and I can already feel myself perking up. I melt during the summer. Well obvisouly not really or I wouldnt weigh this much but you know what I mean right. LOL. I hope all is going well with you guys and I'll talk to you later.

Darn we missed our stats being sent in. Oh well we can still do this.

Maria so glad to here from you, just remember you are never a failure unless you quit trying, it is hard to be here when you feel guilty for not being on track, but being here may help you get back on track and even stay on track, I am finally back on track after a very long struggle I hope to be in ketosis tomorrow, I just keep reminding myself that this is what I really want and I am not going to give up, I also keep in mind all the great foods I get to eat and not all the foods I don't get to eat, everything has a LC version and that is what we need to remember.

Lola- hope all is well with you.

I love the biggest loser show. I watched it to. I would love to be on that show. I wouldn't even care about the money. Just being out in a beautiful setting with people like myself with personal trainor and help with food would be fab.

Hello, just checking in....Sorry I missed stats. I was out of town for my hypnosis training and didnt have access to a computer. I forgot to do it before I left on THursday. Then I got stuck in Washington DC overnight Sunday night (bumped from my flight) Now I am home but still playing catch up! ACK!

Good news, I think I am going to now be able to break the 300 pound barrier that I had put up for myself. Well in hypnosis training they did some work on my weight issue and I honestly believe I am going to GET THERE! (Not positive where THERE is but I will know when I reach it!) Time will tell...right now just trying to do what I know I should.

That is so great about your hypnosis help for your weight, way to go and I know you will make it look how far you have come already Way to go LOLA!!!!

Maria wouldnt that be fun if all of us could be a team on The Biggest Loser. I am to chicken to audition I guess, all though they sure are an inspiration, and now next week they wont even have teams anymore. I dont think it was fair the way they were doing it guys against girls, because everyone knows guys lose twice as fast as us girls do. It isnt fair.

Well I am finally back on track and down 5 lbs in two days
Hoping to be down 20 lbs in two weeks but I would be happy with ten even.
