Anyone heard anything from Mystic?

Now I need your prayers...dh has been in a car crash..one of his workmates has called to tell me this and that there are injuries, I've spoken to the attending RCMP and all they could tell me is he is being ambulanced to ER...he's not there yet..his employer and some more of his co-workers are on their way to the hospital... I can't get there as he had our car and it's parked in town...we live in a totally separate town from where he works Not knowing anything is the worst but our friend Dave who is on his way is going to phone me when he knows something. I'm going to phone the hospital again

We're home now. DH is ok but in considerable pain. Upper back and neck injuries, really bad whiplash. They gave him an injection for pain but didn't send him home with anything...he's gonna be real sore in the morning. He was unconcious briefly so we'll have to watch him very carefully for 24 hours. The ERP wanted to keep him overnight but he said no he wanted to come home. His co-workers were wonderful! They kept me constantly informed until they could get me down to Victoria to get him...I couldn't have asked for better help..what a wonderful bunch of men. He is truly blessed to have such good friends.

I'll 'see' you all tomorrow...sleep sweet until then

Mandy thank goodness....it could have been worse. He will be even more sore today and even worse tomorrow. What happened exactly? He is in my prayers.

OK I need prayers too.....for being so STOOPID!!!!!!! So I am walking last night, for the second time yesterday......and as I am walking this little kitten appears from out of no where. And it is cute and crying and I pet it You can literally feel its hip bones and spine. It is hungry and very sweet. It has a huge patch missing out of the top of its head and its eye looks funny. I think it was hit by a car. So I pet it for a while and continue to walk. And it begins to FOLLOW me ALL the way home!!!!!!!!

Well I couldn't stand to see the poor thing so hungry so you know what I did DAMMIT!!!! It is still out there this morning Aliyah is gonna freak when she wakes up and that kitten is still out there. She was so worried about it last night......now how in the heck am I gonna get rid of this cat?

Sorry I've been AWOL guys, been busy going through things that we brought back from where I used to live before moving back to the Louisville area and planning for my wedding. Finally got the clothes all sorted through (have a HUGE box to take to Goodwill now ) and now I have the boxes of stuff that came from the kitchen to go through. Looks like Goodwill is gonna LOVE me this week Who knew one person could accumulate so much STUFF???

As for eating and exercise, those are going ok so far, but am watching portion sizes a bit more as I still need to lose a little more before alterations are started on Dec 2nd.

I'll try to drop in when I can but I've been going a little nuts with the wedding plans as it's now less than 3 months until the big day.

I am so so glad your DH is okay sweetie.... I can tell you that whiplash is really painful and he might need to have physical therapy (I started mine today) I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers that his whiplash isn't too bad... make sure he keeps his physician informed on what his pain is like.

melly, you should try to find a home for the kitty, or take it to an animal shelter. poor thing.

I go to a new physiatrist today at JHU for a 2nd opinion. I have lost almost all hope of ever finding out exactly what is causing mee to be so ill, but I refuse to give up. there is a dr somewhere out there who can help me.

rehearsals are going well, this is gonna be a fun show. I have a fairly easy week this week and next. no "hell week" thank God.its a lot easier being in half the shows and having a counterpart than being in all 16 like last year. that was crazy.

My little guy woke up with a bad neck this morning. He can't move it. I took him to the chiropractor. It is a little better but he still can't turn his head to the right.

Look at this cutie little dog that visited my office today. She is a Maltipoo and weighs 3 1/2 lbs.

OK so I didn't get to post yesterday .....was really busy.....long story short......I have a new full time job and quit the part time job so I now only work ONE job...WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! This job was a blessing is so many ways.......a gift from God

So as for the kitty......her owner came and found her yesterday morning.....my neighbor that walks with me saw her yesterday morning and talked to her and found out they had been looking for her all night But she is back with her owners....oops a quick funny story......the owners live around the corner from us and are of the lesbian persuasion.....well I told my daughter who owned her and that she was now back with her parents and Aliyah said "you mean she is back with her Mommies" I thought that was hilarious

My walking is right on track......I have even been walking twice a day sometimes.....I feel great.......my muscles burn and in a good way

I am soooo tired of hurting! I think I am over these cysts popping then boom I get hit with another one. I am really tired of it.

I have got to get on track eating and I really need to stop with all the excuses! I am having some personal trouble lately and I want to medicate myself with food! I wake up so strong and before nite time I just blow it! No one to blame but me!
I am going to wake up tommorow and try again that is just all I know to do until one day I make it thru the day! then I move on to the next. I truly do love you guys and you will never know how much your words on here mean to me even if I am a faliure to myself, your support keeps me mentally here.

I have a big fat orange cat that is so hateful he loves maybe 10 min a day then he is done with ya! he brought me a present today...... oh yes a mouse ! he just dropped it at my feet like ok mom I did my job now get rid of it! LOL he is a mess! he has a broke tail he did since the day I paid 20 dollars for him at the pet store, I think that is why he is so hateful lol. But he fits in the family ..... lol.

Hi Melly. Hey gang.

Well, we had 15 inches of snow yesterday. Yes, you heard me right. 15 inches. Cold, wet, yucky, white stuff. Trees were broken and power lines were broken throughout the city. Schools were closed, businesses were shut down but we had to come to work. Power went out at noon and we finally got to go home at 3:00. I have a couple pictures but can't upload them yet.

We went to the pumpkin patch on Saturday. 94 degrees, sunny, hot. Beautiful


Wednesday rolls around and it is a blizzard

oh my goodness! 15 inches

I am doing good, still losing weight even tho I am eating carbs and the worng kind sometimes. I was 133 this morning. I just have no appetite anymore. When i do occasionally get hungry I try to eat a lot so I dont lose too fast. It seem i do better at night. I am tryign to figure out which carbs make me sick and which ones I can eat. I did lowcarb without products for a day and felt OK, then I added fruit and tortilla chips with queso and still felt OK. then yesterday I ate a lowcarb burger bun (3g) but then last night i ate a muffin. I got sick, but I don't know if it was the bun or the muffin. the muffin probably had sugar, so that was a big no no. i will wait a while before I try the lowcarb buns again just in case. I am making BBQ chicken tonight with LC BBQ sauce. YUM.

Roro hang in there sweety....Lord knows you have had your fair share of "stuff" to deal with. Your health and happiness and the main priorities....the weight loss is secondary......besides girl......you look GREAT

OK So we got our puppy last night.......her name is Reesey....as in Reeses Cup....which is what she looks like.....chocolate and tan. Aliyah woke me up about 1 am and said Mama she won't settle down....so I took her and she ended up in bed with me and slept on my neck....she is so sweet.....pics to follow this weekend sometime
