Overwhelmed with the task.
Hi everyone, I have 150lbs to lose and know that it is a life and death situation. I am prediabetic and have blood pressure issues. I have carried this weight for more than 30 years. I started the SB plan two weeks ago and don't have any cravings anymore! I need to have incouragement on this journey as no one around me weighs as much as I. So lets talk! |
