Brenda-How are you doing. Congrats on the lbs lost this month!
I'm doing allright today. I have a touch of a sore throat and some body aches and a headache. I work tomorrow, but after that I can relax for the long weekend. Whatever I'm coming down with can run it's course and I'll be well for work by Tuesday. That's my plan anyway---we'll see. Good Night

Hey! It's the weekend again. I'm so glad. I don't feel well and I need the rest. Brenda-I'm just waiting for my plateau---Working hard but not convinced that I may hit one soon. Good morning ladies. I got to sleep until 7 this morning...LOL. I am still tired though. I vowed to myself this morning to go to the gym and to get there at least twice a week. I know its not alot but when I haven't been going at all, 2 times will be an improvement. Saturday mornings I can get there without a problem , its just during the week I struggle.

Better get going before I lose any motivation I've got at the moment.

I am sorry I missed the 31st submission--too much going on and by the time I remembered it was the next day. Laurie-that sounds like a great goal-especially with your schedule. I'm going to join a gym this next week. I just think I'll do better that way.
Shar-It's so good to hear from you again! Sometimes it's important to take a step back and reevaluate your life and see where you need to bow out and what's working for you. I'm so happy that you're doing better and found your way back here.

Shar..welcome back. Its good to see you again and I am going make September a great month also. I really feel gross with my body and i know I have gained back almost all that I had lost so its time to kick it into gear for the rest of the year.

Hi gals..My computer got a virus..(cause I downloaded a screensaver) and my son was working on it for a dya or so. I have signed a contract with him not to do that again, so he says I can have my puter back! ( kidding) But you know, these computer geeks, like my son, have no patience for computer challanged folks like myself.
Anyway..Shar..So very good to see you again!. I ahve missed you girl!. I had every faith you would be abck though.
Laurie.I add my thanks for your time and energy in maintaining this site. YOu have so much to do. And I ahve a b rilliant idea!..200 points to the 'team' who does the work on the website...giggle..
Bobbi...Adda gym to your efforts adn you should soar. Maybe we could have an exercise challange amoung ourselves for this month? Whatcha say?

Hey all, It's been a good day. I spent the day in the mountains with some friends. We went swimming in the lake and did a little hiking and then sat by the camp fire. I just got home.
Brenda-An exercise challenge might be fun. I do some but I need to get more organized. I think if I join a gym, I'll go more and do the weight training that I know will help me.

Bobbi...that sounds like the perfect day to me. I just love doing outdoors stuff and especially sitting by the campfire.

Brenda...an exercise challenge sounds good to me. How about you set the rules.

Today was a good day. I went to a BBQ with friends and had a great time. There were plenty of things that I could eat. I slipped a little and had some Chocolate. Just a bite. I don't feel terrible about it, but I probably will live with cravings for a couple of days, Oh well. I hope you all had a great Labor Day.

HI gals..
Beautiful day here, although not a swiming in the lake day, Bobbi. We are into fall and our leaves are falling fomr the trees. Ugh.. The nights outside are only bearable with a fire and warm coat.
OK..let's have an exercise challange. How does two times a week sound. It must include 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weights. Does that sound ok? Feel free to change or add. Laurie...can we give ourselves points for this?
K..off to work tommorrow. I have been off for four days and heading back is a little harder after you get that relaxed.

Hey ladies...that challeneg sounds good to me and i htink we should post when we exercise. We can give points within our team but they wouldn't count as far as the big challenge goes.

I did great with food today...I know tomorrow and Thursday will be the hardest though as my body detoxes from all the junk.

Need to go study and get to bed early tonight...I almost fell asleep in class today...LOL Can't stay up until 1 in the morning !

Wow..Listen to us!. It is so nice to feel so inspired and ready to go from this group. OK..Let's surprise the heck out of those other groups this month. I am ready. I realize December 31 is coming fast and I don't want my scale to say the same...or very little difference. I can make my ten pounds. And I challange us all to do the same.

hey ladies....just finished some homework and my eyes are very heavy so its time for bed..did ok with food today...not perfect though. Tomorrow night I plan to hit the gym while Peter is at Karate and I have no school tomorrow so I get a day at home...yea!!!! We may go do haircuts though so that will get me out of the house again.

Hey---today is my long day at work. I was so tired but needed to work out. I don't have a gym membership yet-but I have stuff at home. I did 20 min. on my bike, 20 min. of Pilates, and 20 min. of weights. I feel great. Thanks for the challenge. I would have flaked out except I didn't want to let you all down. It's true, the other teams won't know what hit them! I hope you all had a great day. Good night!

Sorry I missed yesterday. I was feeling a little punky after work, so rested the evening away. I needed that too. I am staying out of trouble with my food choices. Need to get my exercise done. Where is everyone? Today was a good day. I worked out 25 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes with the weights, and 20 minutes of pilates. I feel great. I'm so glad it's Friday. I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow. Good night.

Sorry I missed yesterday. Was a crazy day and I worked till 9 pm and then just fell into bed. Anyway..HAve to get to the gym once more for the weeks challange, will do that Sunday.
Food choices getting better. Friend at lunch ordered cheese cake and I had two mouthfulls, looked down at the third on my fork and sad "I ODn;t even LIKE cheesecake"!.. Just to busy talking and not staying focused. I just eat anything if the conversation is good or there is some other dstraction.
Have to work tomorrow. Lots of fun taking kids to a culture camp. BUt won;t check on until lateer in evening.
Glad to read about your progress Shar..and your exercise Bobbi. LOoks like you are just plain swamped Laurie. I am so glad you didnt't giver us up!

Hey ladies....I almost talked myself out of going to the gym but in the end I made it there. I worked out for almost an hour and then I sat in the sauna for a few minutes. It felt so good. Wish I had the time to do that daily...

Got lots of errands ran and this afternoon Peter has his first baseball game for the fall season...his team won 14-0...they played awesome.

Tomorrow Sunday school starts again for the year so we will be going to church and then I have crib to assemble..the one I have broke so had to buy a new one. I am hoping to have time to get some weeding done too.

Hi....Sorry about yesterday. WaS up and out by 7 am for a special work day, and then never got home till 930 pm. Too pooped to peep
I am going to go to the gym tomorrow. Still am pooped but have appontment for haircut and am going to concert in the park , local symphony, if it doesn;t rain.
Food intake good. I just seem incapable of the goood two week start that all these programs require. SIGH.. next week is weigh in and always a pleaseure..LOLOL
