Ok Hurricane Dennis is ready to hit Pensacola, FL and will also hit Ft. Walton Beach and Destin FL hard... Dennis is headed straight up to the top of Mississippi and Alabama and our KK in chat lives in NE Mississippi... Everyone pray for her... Whomever else is in Dennis's path please be safe... Bubba I hope and pray you will be ok also on the Weather channel it said there will be mass destruction all around where the eye hits so please be safe.. I know we are going to get massive rain and winds over here in Georgia.

Ok, As I said I'll be busy this week packing and going to closings. Don't know how much time I will have this week to work out. We'll see how the week goes.. But, as always eating will be on plan.

okay, im not shy i'll be first Anyway i weighed this morning (it's been almost 2 weeks now) and YEAH down .5lb. - not that im tryin to loose only maintain but i'll take -.5lb after TOM and holiday weekend and now is when my body is at its best - for the next 2 or so weeks!

Today have had Coffee
Scrabmled egg lc buritto w/cheese&mayo
and 1/2 container lc hoods yoguart w/
1/4cup frozen blueberries and
1/4 cup red seedless grapes
1 can Coke Zero and

for supper 2 - garlic/oil/seasoned chicken breasts
cole slaw made with splenda
and the other half of yogurtw/fruit

while at work will get in at least 2 ltrs water (89degrees today and sunny)

oops -

looks like i will need to somehow get a little more veggies in ?????????????
(all out i believe )

My thoughts and prayers are also with all in path of hurricane

to all and look forward to EVERYONES posts this week!

Melly - let her go to camp girl, she'll be fine! You will love hearing all her stories when she comes home!!!!!!! That's the funniest!

Horse - OMgosh been thinkin of ya all night - hope your safe and sound! I looked at the clock at exactly 6:00 tonight at work and remembered you said the worst was to hit you then - we always do things at the same time somehow! LOL

Well gonna go check out the bb's and maybe chat for awhile then to BED!

you know melly the first time i went off to camp my mom packed letters and pre-addressed envolpoes stuffed with paper that started off
"DEAR MOM,
I MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU!"

TOO FUNNY! i was like 7-8 yrs old that time! she will be fine though all in God's hands melly!

heres my inspirtation in case any one wondered YES i do have this picture posted on my fridge and wall and doors and everywhere i should paste my face on her body LOL anyways just thought i would share (we are down on the page you know!

Sunday and I'm the only one who is posting my exercise goals???????????????

Shame on you all!!!!!

Now get on in here everyone..this is a CHALLENGE..posting each day is NOT OPTIONAL!!! It's a RULE!!!!!!

I'd like to see a whole lot better this week than last week...Wednesday marks the one month point and hopefully you'll all have some progresses to report..if not, I do expect better in the month to follow..and you should be expecting better of yourselves too!

We have a large number of completely absent challengers..I will be pm'ing all those who no longer appear to be with us to see if they still wish to be included..let's hope everyone rises to the challenge!

Remember...at the outset of this, we agreed..NO EXCUSES!!!!!

Find your goal..visualize your goal..realize your goal!!!

So..with all that said..here are my exercise goals this week:

Sunday: rest
Monday: Lunchtime run *
Tuesday: Lunchtime run
Wednesday: 30 minutes gym time before work + lunchtime run
Thursday: 30 minutes gym time before work + lunchtime run
Friday: Lunchtime run
Saturday: rest

* I'm not sure of the exact distance of my "lunchtime run" but based on the time it takes and the type of trail, I'm guessing it's somewhere between 1.5 and 2 miles...I can fit it easily into my lunch break and since I know it's going to be another hellish week, this works for me

C'mon folks..make me proud..let's really kick some butt this week k?

Hello everybody! Had a great time in MD. Tommy's band was AWESOME!!!! If you ever get the chance to visit while they have a show scheduled, I highly recommend going.

Anywho, I got my walking in last week before leaving. Good thing I did 'cause I'm down another 4.5lbs I'm now only 2lbs heavier than my driver's license. Gonna get those suckers off this week

Here's my exercise goals for the week:

Sunday - Rest (Drove home from MD)
Monday - At least 1/2 hour on treadmill, weight machines, maybe try out the ellipticals today too
Tuesday - 1 mile walk
Wednesday - At least 1/2 hour on treadmill or elliptical, weight machines
Thursdsay - 1 mile walk
Friday - At least 1/2 hour on treadmill or elliptical, weight machines
Saturday - Rest

Happy Monday Challengers!!

I had a wonderful weekend, put my NEW HOME GYM SYSTEM on layaway...I am SOOOOOO excited!! I can't wait to get started on the NEW ME!!

As always my eating was on plan well...almost, I didn't quite make it to 1400 calories yesterday but I did TRY!! I didn't feel too well and was just not hungry enough.

I too would like to see more ppl posting, I joined this particular challenge for the support and the promised @$$ kicking if I didn't meet my goals and sometimes that is exactly what I need!!

Goals for the week:
M-F am=10 miles/30 minutes on the bike
M-W-F pm=UBWO w/weights and ABSCULPT
M-F pm= 10 miles/30 minutes on the bike
working towards 11 miles/30 minutes at night!
The pm workouts are getting harder and harder to do as it gets warmer out...we are being cheap this year and trying to do without the AC...
Post my meals and activities to FitDay EVERYDAY
Eat 5 meals a day, consuming at least 1400 calories a day (this is my toughest goal!!)


Be back in a bit...Monday morning reports to run...

well sinve my back has been really hurting i plan on yoga each day i cant really do much elseinculdeing my nightly walks but belive me the minute i can i will update! like i said before i got my foodstamps yesturday (yes i said FOODSTAMPS! LOL i have no job you know) so i will go buy LC staples today like MEAT, MEAT and maybe some eggs, i am not a huge fan of eggs has anyone ever tried those boxed eggs? are they any diff tasteing? well i will be back and Mandy my goals have always been Fantasy, (not only my own but by every man who has ever meet me! LOL) now its timew to make it reality!!!!! welcome to a new week CHRISTMAS~ERS!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone. I haven't been posting that much but I'm still here and still on plan without any cheats at all!!! My scale hates me though, I was stuck at 225 for 3 weeks and then I was up 5 lbs today since last monday. I am finding it really hard to stick with the diet, I guess I'm just feeling really discouraged and sorry for myself!

hi guys.............

I am here. Just lazy and hot......
Yesterday eating was good . Walked 1.5 miles(a little jog in there)(very little ) Got all my water in.

goals are
sun walk at least a mile/done
mon...golf day(in 90% heat)
tue...curves........maybe walk 1 mile
wed...curves
thurs...curves.......maybe walk 1 mile
fri..travel day....wedding out of time
sat...travel day ..returning from out of town
sun....may be spending day with Lc'er (vikki from chat) or walk at least a mile.


Jenny hang in there girl I know that feeling. This heats has me all swelled up ,half the time. My scales are being pretty stubborn. Don't get too discouraged. we didn't get this way over night,and we will get through it ....One day at a time.

wow lala you keep going and you will look just like her. what a great goal.

Hey Everyone,

Georgia is soaked. We lost power off and on yesterday. Funny how far those hurricanes can reach...

Went to gym and did what Tim told me to and I'm whooped!! He's going to kill me!!! But am happy the inches are coming off and now the weight is moving down down down!!!

Lala love your goal pic I wanna look like her too. Humm at 40 do you think I can???

Jenny hang in there it will come. I know it was almost 4 weeks before I started dropping weight again but I just hung it out. Tim (husband) is really doing wonders for me. He tells me it's about time I listened to him. Haha

Mandy Well you can see I hung on LOL Not washed away but they did see another hurricane forming They say if it forms it will be called Emily..
