okay majors - gettin my post in my midnight!

Ate totally on plan today, did laundry, went swimming (no laps but puppy paddled for long time in deep) and worked 5 hours tonight in hot heat!

Water consumption was great at work tonight! Ate wings & cucumber slices w/garlicdill ranch.

Getting ready to go chill and watch Iron Chef! Will be posting more in the morning! Have a great night all!

Well, the D A Y U M aliens let me go 'cause I was too depressing for them LOL so here I am to post...
Finally had an accurate weigh-in at the dr office which was worse than what I thought was my highest weight UGH! not funny at all sticking to it though. Not in keitosis either so back to strict induction and upping my water some also. Plan on 2 no cheat induction weeks again and 140 ounces of water per day...plus I have dragged my stationary bike out and plan to begin slowly AND keep at it. Still have no scale but hope to pop in to the dr office for a weigh-in every once in a while. Too hot, too swollen and trying to get off some of my meds so I am not as active as I should be.
On a personal note: grandma is now in the dementia unit at the nursing home - I am still fighting to get her on a regular floor - she has no diagnosed dementia. I do not have a working vehicle so we are missing lots of dr appts. Weasel ate 22 baby chickies so the children are sad....

Good Morning Everyone!

Let's start with saying....this is NOT an excuse and I hope it will meet with management approval but...I can NOT do my UBWO w/weights for a while. I thought I pulled my scapula muscle but I didn't...I TORE THE DAMN THING!! It will heal and is already feeling better but...no lifting for a bit, I can and WILL continue with the AbSculpt and the bike riding. I'm even having trouble putting on and taking off clothes (got me a little help there

) this is really very aggravating, I have to "think" about EVERY move I make and figure out a way to do it differently. The up side is...really good drugs

Major Mandy...hope it is all you deserve or at the very least...close to what you wanted

Be back later...IF ANYONE IS AROUND...this board is very quiet!!!

I am finally back. What a horrible experience!

First, my flight was cancelled because of the hurricane. I only had Saturday written in the property contract for inspection! I caled the realtor and said we would drive but couldn't get there until Sunday. She said that would be fine. Mr. TT and I drove right thru the bands of rain and wind from the hurricane. It was a miserable drive. We stopped just before Atlanta on Sat. night. There was a Shoney's at the motel. Nothing we could eat there as it was the seafood buffet which was all breaded. They said they were busy and a steak and veggie order would take an hour! Walked out.

Waffle house was across the street so we had omlettes and bacon and managed to stay on plan.

Back on the road at 5:30 AM, more rain. Got to the house finally. Front door was open! Went in. RAT INFESTED, BURNT 220 ON WELL, PORCH WAS FALLING THRU. WORST, WAS TOLD IT WAS 830 SQ FT ON TOP AND 830 MORE ON BOTTOM!

Opps, sorry I was yelling, lol! Was only 830 total and the rooms were very very tiny. Called the realtor and said no. Guess what? They want to keep my $1000 good faith deposit because I didn't show up on Saturday like the contract said, hurricane or not!

Had to stop payment on the check and cancell a credit card transaction from the mortgage co. Won't know if the check has cleared or been stopped for 24 hours. WILL GET A LAWYER IF IT DID!

Opps, yelling again....

Ready to kill this realtor. I guess we got what I now call the "out of state special". They pressure you into a fast closing (we had 10 days) in hopes you can't come see it. Then you are stuck with it.

This realtor was really stupid. She knows I am going back on a family vacation at the end of this month and she could have showed me more then. Now she also knows that she will not be showing me any more properties. Worse, she knew we were also in the market for several rentals there so she lost out big time by trying to serve me "the out of state special".

Returning home we went thru the wind and rain bands in Georgia again. Passed Cobb county sign and the radio beeps with a tornado warning for Cobb county. Favorable conditions, if driving don't seek shelter under an overpass...

Back to music. About had a panic attack. Rain was terrible--I don't know how Mr. TT could see anything! I begged to stop at the nearest hotel but no, we need to get thru Atlanta before Monday traffic so we kept going...

But the good news is we made it alive and we don't own that little dinky house!

I also lost one more pound, bringing my total to 2 lbs since we started this challenge.

Goals for the week are the same as every week and exercise depends on where I am and how my foot is but I will do something every day. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

Sounds like there is one realtor in Tenn who wishes she had done things better!!! At least you didn't get suckered into the 10 day closing thing!!

I know you were so looking forward to this working out. Well, its a good thing you went up there... If we were already moved over by Hwy 75 you could have taken a break at our house.

I know it stormed here and I'm sure driving was hetic. Georgia is so soggy.

beach, so sorry your hurting... Hope them good drugs make you feel better and I hope you heal up soon, I know how aggravating it is to dress yourself when parts of you hurt so bad.

Thanks everyone! I feel better already. A gluten for punishment that I am, I have found another realtor and will be looking at several houses at the end of the month. I was at the bank today and the stop payment worked and they are getting no money from me at all, haha, hehe!
