hello all. Lets all look forward and not back. She said to post our goals for the month, mine are as follows. I am going to be realistic and not go crazy. I want to go to curves min of two times a week. I want to walk for thirty minutes two times a week and the day I dont do eaither of those I want to do a exercise video at home. I want to drink 100 ounces of water a day and limit myself to a diet pepsi every other day.

anyone know how many groups are still here and active. I know I keep saying I'm going to do better and there really is no excuse for my not posting so that is also a goal for the month. Post every day and say what exercise I did that day.

Hi, My goal is to post everyday too. Also to exercise at least 1000 minutes for July! Sometimes I do really well with exercise but lately I have really sucked. A lot of it is from being sick but I just have to get back into the routine. So my true goal is to exercise 1000 or more minutes in July! I can do it!

I will have to lose 23 pounds this month to get back on track! ACK, that is probably not going to happen. But I think I will try to lose 16 this month and 16 next month then I will be back on track!!! Well, all I can do is eat right and exercise right and what will be will be as long as I am doing what I know I should be doing.

Here's to a new month!

Oh guys, I am right there with ya.
My goal is to not eat any illegal foods on this plan and so far today I have done that. I feel really good about this month. Laurie is shortening this month up to 28 days, so we have to post everything on the 28th and send them to her. She will be on vacation on the 29th.

Maria I think the June updates has a thread that says 8 teams are left, we have lost quite a few, so all in all we have come quite far in our journey and should be mighty proud of our selves. since we have come this far we might as well finish it to. Lets hope this month we can come out one of the top teams. I know we can do it, we just need to stay focused. I will post my meals every night also, to help keep me on track.

We started this challenge with 85 members....there are now only 29!

We started with 17 teams of 5 people each and now have only 8 teams with between 2-5 members.

Total Weight lost.....461 lbs!

Total inches lost.....179 inches!

Hello, I feel better for the first time in a week. By the way, my Catscan just showed some cysts which we are watching....no big it...just a bit painful but at least I don't have to have surgery!! Hopefully they will go away on their own!

This is my post since I want to post every day. I am going to post whether I have something to say or not so be ready for some blah blah blah. Let me say that I do appreciate all of you and I know we are going to be SO much smaller this December than we were last December!

Hi Everyone, hope everybody is doing great.
I had a headache today and I have no clue why.
but I hope I am feeling better tomorrow, we will light off some fireworks tomorrow night since I have to get up for work early Tuesday I cant really stay up and watch any Monday night. We lit some off tonight that was fun.

Lolar that is great to here it is not serious, hopefully you will feel better soon.

Well I ate a few more carbs then I was hoping to today, but I feel satisfied, didn't drink enough water that was for sure.

Maria, that's a great bunch of goals for this month, but you need to pick just one for purposes of this challenge. Exercise or water or limiting your diet Pepsi. Doing all of them is great, but the personal challenge applies only to one specific item.

Don't forget, everyone, to specify how you are going to allocate your 60 points, based on the frequency you do whatever it is you said you were going to do.

Darn it I already missed a day. Well today is going ok. I am a little tired cause I am nursing a two week old fawn. I work at a vet clinic and volunteered for the long weekend since boss man got bit in the hand (not by the deer) and I am the next most experienced. We think he and his mom got hit by a car cause right now he cant stand on his back legs and his right for arm is cold. I can still feel a pulse and so I have been doing a lot of massaging trying to get circulation back. He is adorable and is red with little white spots on his butt. Have a great day.

Hi everyone, today is better, I had a little headache this morning and still a stiff neck, I think I need a new bed, I have a soft sided water bed and they have no support where you need it the most.

today I am still high on carbs, I know I will do better when I go back to work on Tuesday, I am to busy to eat at work, at home I think I get bored and that is why I eat more. I am doin much better then I was a week ago though. I have not eaten any illegal carbs. So I feel good about that.

Here is my July challenge, I went back and copied it from the June thread so I would have it here to remind me.


what my July personal challenge will be to not eat any illegal foods for the Month of July, so for every day I go cheat free I will earn 2 points, and when I make it to the end of the Month cheat free, I will have 60 points plus another 25 points for making it through out the whole month.

Hi everyone, I missed coming in yesterday, maybe it was because I screwed up already, we went to the 4th of July fair that is about 20 minutes away from us. Anyway, I was doing fine until my son wanted some mini donuts, I couldnt resist and ended up eating about 4 of them, so today I started over with day one as cheat free, I will keep trying till I get to my goal. I was just hoping it wasnt going to take more then 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is everyone else doing, great I hope, I am still shooting for 4 lbs per week, but I am still to high on my carb intake, thinking about meat fast again, it usually helps me get back on track and away from the legal junk food to.

Ok, I know I messed up my challenge because I didn't post every day but I have a good excuse. I have spent the last 6 days in the hospital with my 5 year old. We only got released tonight. I won't post much because I am anxious to sleep in my bed, but we are home now and he is doing better we hope! All prayers are welcome!!!

Hi everyone, how is it going for you, I can't believe it 9 days gone already.
I am improving much on exercise and trying really hard on the food front.

Lolar I hope everything is okay with your little one
I know how you feel, it feels great to sleep in your own bed again.

We are going camping in about a week. I have been working hard in my gardens but am still finding at least 3 days a week to put some exercise in, I also started taking a 15 minute walk at work again.

Wow, I feel so rested now after a few nights of sleep and some day naps as well! Sammy's kneck looks much better and it appears that the infection is going away. This is good news because he would have to have surgery if it didn't go away.

And, I think I might have lost a few pounds. By my scales at home I am either 299 or 303. I am anxious to see what the scale says at the gym tomorrow which is the one I use as "official" weight.

Actually that was me (Maria). This is my second day back cheat free. My new goal for the end of the year since I am not going to reach the 100 pound mark is to be at 199 or below by Jan 1st. That will be a 65 pound loss and a total of 75 pounds for the entire time. I am stronger than my urges. I can and will do this. We can and will do this. Just say no. LOL to those curly fries. I went to curves again today.
