Yay for us all! How exciting!! We all did a wonderful job and I am still very proud of the fact that we have all stayed with the team. I did not even think I would be first in weight loss. This made my day! Ha! probably even my week. What a wonderful pick me up.
I was a bit bummed on the exercise part but I guess it was walking three times a day from the hospital room to the under construction far away parking garage...which I measured with a pedometer is 1/2 mile each way, that helped out too. I did not count that on my exercise though because it was not constant but rather as I needed to do in everyday to get things done.
OHHH Fluff. It was actually 16 pounds for the whole month. I sent you a pm responding to yours about that.

Congrats Ladies!!!

This is so amazing, we have the best group of LOSERS here that I have ever seen. I am in this for the long haul.

I know I have not been losing as fast and maybe I could be...but I am trying to stay on track, slow and steady wins the race.

I have already started to work on the April Challenges and I have read the 100 and 200 pound stories...some of them made me cry. I am working on the 300 # stories this afternoon.

Hugs to all of us!!!

Hi,
I'm about to crash, but needed to check in for the day. We got some of our yard work done today. We will be finishing it in the next few days. I hope it warms up tomorrow.

WrestleMania is today, so DH, a few friends and I are going to BBQ. HA! Little do they know everything is going to be LC! I am not even going to tell them until afterwards. Bet they will not even recognize it. As long as they have their beer and meat, I do not think they will notice! I have the carb options sauces and some great seasonings. I love the smell of BBQ

Good morning,
We are still trying to finish the yard work today. This project turned out to be a killer. It will look great when it's done though.

The scale budged half a pound today after seeming forever in not moving! I upped my water the last few days and I am not hungry. I am making sweet potato fries, cheese burgers and salad for dinner. I love the fries!!

Morning! Thanks Ladies.

I am going to take it easy today. I think I broke my little toe. My foot hurts bad when I try and use it. Maybe it is sprung. I will wait a few days and not do my walking to see if it helps. I did it yesterday even with it hurting which made it more sore today and a little swollen. Thank goodness I can do bodyflex though in the mean time. I know that is one reason why the inches are coming off so good.

Sorry about your toe, LCF! Broken toes are miserable.

Do tell about BodyFlex. I know a lot of people on CC swear by it, but I can't figure out how it works. What do you think?

I think it is wonderful. Even if some think it is all mental, who cares. I have been losing inches faster than pounds, except for last month. But, I did not get to do it as much last month with everything going on. I will take inches coming off first because then as the pounds come off, I am becoming leaner and HOPEFULLY, will not sag as much. Which is a big fear of mine.
I love the way I feel afterwards though. It does increase oxygen to your body, which helps energize me more. You pretty much sit down and do everything except the last exercise. You use a 'toning bar' to do certain strength training while breathing after the warm up. It is not hard at all and will work great for anyone who cannot do aerobic tapes of any kind.
It is aerobic to many areas of your body without having to jump all around, which I love! I do that and then WATP and a little of strength training on the weight bench. I alternate them all up. I was doing body flex 6x a week but cut back recently. Guess being busy with everything last month made me a little more laxed on not making sure I exercise everyday. As, you can tell from my exercise points. I will have to fix that. But, at least I can do the BodyFlex and feel I am accomplishing something, even with a hurt toe.
I reccommend it, big time! It is all about getting oxygen to your body and awakening the areas that do not have good circulation, then maximizing the benefit by using those muscles. I am not a fitness expert, but that is how I see it.
Oh.. It did make me a little dizzy at first since my body was not used to having enough oxygen as it should. But, it did not take long before I got used to it. Did you know you only use a 1/3 of your lungs to breathe. Talk about your body needing oxygen! This is a great way to get your body used to it and I will say that after training My lungs better and my body to breathe more, I do not pant bad when walking now. I am able to control my breathing. Which is awesome. And I loveeeeeee the natural rush afterwards.

Hi everyone. Hope you all are well today. I am finished reading the 100, 200 and 300 posts on the CC. So now I am working on the rest of the challenges for this month. I am so glad to be part of this challenge.

FOR REAL...giving up the coffee and I went for a walk yesterday with the kids and I need to make a BIG effort...Just had the 6 month anniversary and I have not been losing as much as I would like each month.

My first 2 months, 5 and 7 pound losses were great and then it all went to heII and now this past month you can see I am on my way back...Got a little cheat freaky during Easter - those dang candies - hold the candy please...

I Hope all is well and please post up here when you get a chance.

Way to go ladies! I still haven't lost any more weight. I'm really disappointed in myself. I'm just not pulling my weight , and there is no excuse.

Just for the record I am NOT disappointed in YOU! I know you are trying...how's the tweaking? I know that as hard as you're working on this, that the results you want are just around the corner.

How is everyone doing? We haven't been posting much lately. Is everything ok?
I know I have been struggling with the questions in my head. I haven't posted much because I just felt like I need a break from it. Maybe that isn't the best idea?
