Roro, you wanna come cook for me? I'm drooling after reading your list! Good job on the on-plan week and enjoy your soccer games... my culinary adventure this morning was microwave poaching some eggs... one of them blew up when I went to cut it so I guess the yoke was on me...

Mystic, good job on avoiding the easter basket raid, hard to resist those sweets! I started Atkins the week before Easter two years ago and my then wife still hid my easter basket full of stuff I couldn't eat... guess I should have known then we were doomed

I'd love to tell you all that my weekend was full of exercise and water and smart choices but it wasn't, so I'll tell you that my Monday will be full of water and exercise and smart choices <chuckle>. I'm really having a hard time keeping my motivation up, I usually get through Tuesday OK and then the rest of the week is a downhill slide. So for today I'm motivated again, go me!

Anyway, I have to address this backlog of work that's on my desk so I'm going to get going... talk to you all soon!

Well, this weekend was wonderful =) Im all moved into my new room, and bought all my new groceries to stay on plan all week. I have a few dates this week so Im hoping to get treated to a few dinners out that will hopefully be low carb =)

Im still sick form last tuesday so I hope that goes away soon, Im sore BAD sore from coughing so much. I think im getting an AB workout though so thats a positive thing (i guess)

I wish i could find my past post with the 20 things about me, but i guess Ill have to come up ith 20 new things about me.....

Just got done cleaning up mess from yesterday.got threw easter with little damage..i had a fork full of stuffing..but today was back to the grind..did my chest workout and cardio..abs..and its only 1:30 and i have 100 oz. of water down..55 more and i home .. well take care......thomas

I had a good Easter, I did have a couple of bites of no no's but I am back on it today & so far no gain... But I don't want to chance it anymore!

Well I will get my workout in now I guess ~ then to start supper....

Hiya Kilos!!! Hope eveyrone is having a great day. It's a beautiful day in the Ozarks.....this is the first day we have had sunshine in a week!!!! Maybe more. Glad to hear everyone survivied Easter and for the most part cheatfree *glares at Thomas* Water, water, and more water,. That has been my entire day.

Sorry I havn't been around work has been killing me. I was off my real job for good Friday and the weekend, but worked at Daiquris 36 hours over the three days so no real time off. eating has been great and water pretty good.

Dano, let me know when your coming to the Big Easy and I will try to get you up on the Balcony for free. I think you would have a great time up there. If your not to busy maybe we could have lunch or dinner one day. I would invite the rest of our low carbers to come too, but don't think the Big Easy is ready for that and that is saying alot when we can handle Mardi Grass and the Sugar Bowl back to back weekends.

Glad to see everyone seems to have had a nice long weekend.

Mine was nice too, but today kinda sucked..kids bickered all day :mad and then my toothache got much worse..so went off to the dentist, expecting a root canal at worst..but he took the tooth right out

Then he told me I could get an implant. So, now in the last 10 days I've had one dr tell me to lsoe weight and one dr tell me to get implants

I'm going to get a complex soon! lol

Anyway..my face really really really hurts

inspite of copious amounts of codeine and I'm feeling very sorry for myself

(At least it's right at the very back and cannot be seen. Think I'll go eat some more pain meds.

Well I took the day off today. Aliyah gets her bottom set of braces on today and I'm taking her myself this time instead of Grammy taking her and she couldn't be more thrilled. She has been really great about me working this other job but I know she misses her mommy.

I have some other things to take care of also today so I will spend the day ripping and running. I will check in from time to time tho.....hope everyone has a great day. I started my day off with water and exercise

It's supposed to be 75 here today...WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO can't wait

Well folks Ceige is a happy girl!!!

I had the most wonderful time last night on my FIRST ever official "Date". He had the most beautiful eyes, and was absultely huggable cute. I hopefully will be seeing him again. I officially LOVE dating!!!

I had a wonderful day yesterday. I had my 2nd interview with Office Max, and I am almost hired. I just have to pass the drug screening, and the background check, not a problem on either. They want to pay me good, and give great incentives.

Im on plan, and drinking my water.

This guy I saw last night "Brad" has a thing....well he likes "Thick" women. Sooo not only does he like me for WHO i am and WHAT i look like now, but he also said hed support any weight loss decision I made. =)

OMG IM SOOOO HAPPY!!!!! =))))))

Ok sorry Im glowing this morning, Ill try to keep it down over here.

goodmorning peeps!
today my day started off pretty good i must say..knee is feeling better..so i had a great cardio workout..20 minutes the elliptical..fast and hard...

i also did a back workout.mell i know i know..but it was good

..also got my water almost gone 100 0z already

Hi gang. Hope everyone's Easter went well. I did pretty well. Ate a little bit of sugar but am still maintaining well. Spent the entire day outside playing with the kids yesterday. Got a lot of exercise in.

I will work on my top 20 list later.

Ceige - congrats. Sounds like things are working out well for you.

Mandy - nice to see you are back and coping well with everything that is going on.

Dawna - hope you are feeling better today

oh yea..ill share a little comparison pic with you from 2002/2005 beach!!

and heres 20 things about me:

1. My real name is Pansy.. im named after my aunt and yes its REAL.
2. I live in eastern NC and would give anything to be closer to my friends!
3. I have 3 kids, LUke almost 13, Mandy 10 and Haley 6. They are the love of my life and keep me goin!
4. Im in school to do what ive always wanted to do.. be a cosmetologist! dont know if i wanted the whole thing .. but i know ive always loved doing hair and im good at it!
5. ive been lowcarbin for almost 2 years.
6. i love budlight beer in a bottle more than i can even begin to say and its good thing i dont drink tons..cause well im a bad drunk!
7. i love to laugh and have a huge hideous LOUD ass laugh!
8. i love to talk both in person and on line. i think i carry a conversation well.. dont call me unless u plan on talkin awhile.
9.. im slightly southern belle and a ton redneck.
10. i love 80's music and could live off of 80's rock!
11. i love to dance and dont go even 1/4 of the amount that i need to. I dance in my house al the time.. my kids hate it and say mama.. u should not dance like that.. i think i grind a little too much!
12. im almost to my weight goal and when i hit it im going skydiving!
13. i met my very bestest friend online.. right here on lcf.. we are inseperatable now.. its kinda wild.
14. i always wanted to be a cheerleader and never was. I suppose i like to motivate others and therefore LCF has been good for me.
15. i spend way too much time online. downloading music, reading, surfing, .. its sad!
16. i love shoes..its a weakness!
17. i love diet md and i need to break my addiction..possibly go back to diet dp?? LOL
18. this is gettin harder and harder for me.. im tryin to stay nice and clean.. ok..i drive a big ole suv and i feel sexy and hot in it! i always wanted a pickup truck so its the closest thing i can get!
19. i love compliments and am addicted to takin pics and comparing them to old ones.. making sure theres a change there! LOL
20. i take WAY too many vitamins for one person..i counted on sat and i take 22 every day.. it takes me 6 swallows..but i can freak my kids out and do it in one if i have to!

Bubba, I'll be there the first weekend in May, I'll let you know more in PM. There will be about 6 of us I think. I'd love to get in a meal, and you're more than welcome to hang out with us any time... we'll be at the fair grounds during the day and who knows where at night (the balcony at Fat Tuesday's for sure one night!) It's a loose knit collection of whoever shows up, so I'm sure no one would think twice about having one more partier!

Hope everyone's Easter went well. I did pretty well. Ate a little bit of sugar but am still maintaining well. Spent the entire day outside playing with the kids yesterday. Got a lot of exercise in. I will work on my top 20 list later. Ceige - congrats. Sounds like things are working out well for you. Mandy - nice to see you are back and coping well with everything that is going on. Dawna - hope you are feeling better today Melly - I'm not drinking water. Na na na na boo boo. Yeah I know it is hurting me. I'm just not ready for it yet. I love my DC.

I dance in my house al the time.. my kids hate it and say mama.. u should not dance like that.. i think i grind a little too much! 12. im almost to my weight goal and when i hit it im going skydiving! 13. i met my very bestest friend online.. right here on lcf.. we are inseperatable now.. its kinda wild. 14. i always wanted to be a cheerleader and never was. I suppose i like to motivate others and therefore LCF has been good for me. 15. i spend way too much time online. downloading music, reading, surfing, .. its sad! 16. i love shoes..its a weakness! 17. i love diet md and i need to break my addiction..possibly go back to diet dp?? LOL 18. this is gettin harder and harder for me.. im tryin to stay nice and clean.. ok..i drive a big ole suv and i feel sexy and hot in it! i always wanted a pickup truck so its the closest thing i can get! 19. i love compliments and am addicted to takin pics and comparing them to old ones.. making sure theres a change there!
