Thanks Kim for announcing me. I am a bit nervous about figuring this out so please bear with me as I learn what I need to do.

A question for you all.....would you rather have a total of weights and inches from the beginning of the challenge or have the totals posted for the current time frame only? I sort of like both ways but I think doing it as the current time frame would give everyone a chance to be 1st in the challenge. Someone who has lost alot since the beginning will always have a head start if we do totals from the beginning. KWIM?

Give your feedback everyone...I would love to hear all opinions.

I think both. Current Monthly Winner and Total YTD Winner would be nice. I am thinking the actual winner should truly be counted from day one on the challenge but is nice to have current monthly winners too....probably anyone new to the challenge who started induction would end up the monthly winner.

Both ways does sound nice but seems like more work for you and that would add more pressure and maybe make the job a little too hectic at times ...I go with teh current time frame method....good luck and thanks for your hard work in advance

Thanks Elisa for your comments....I agree that both ways may be too much for me ...at least this first month. Once I get the hang of what I am doing though it may be doable to do both. I do think there should be a total tallied at least every other month though so everyone can see how everyone else is doing. That can be great motivation.

If anyone has members that are missing from their teams and you assume they are gone at this point...let me know so I can remove them from my spreadsheet. I know several people did not report stats last time ....have they checked in?

There may be an option also of combining 2 teams together if they are down to 5 members between the 2 of them. I will let you all know first if that is a possibility before I do anything.

Have a great day everyone!
