DEEP SIX #6 MARCH 16-31

MARCH 16- MARCH 31 CHALLENGE!!!

March is the end of our first quarter. So the end of the month challenge will be making sure you are on track for your total weight loss. So for example if you said you were going to try and lose 100 lbs. you should already have lost 8.33 lbs. a month for a total so far of 24.99 lbs. You will then need to post on your team’s thread if you are on track or not.

If you are on track add 150 points if you are not on track subtract 50 points.

(On March 31st, we all need to be at the weight we need to be at for the first quarter no exceptions on this)

A special Thank You goes out to NeverAGain for coming up with this idea

For End Of Month Reporting:

Team Number:

Team Name:

Team Member:

Total pounds lost from Mar.16 – Mar. 31:

Total inches lost from Mar. 16 – Mar. 31:

Hi everyone

Well I managed to keep pretty low carb today or at least lo GI.

B 2 sausages 2 scrambled eggs

L Cold cuts, cheese , 4 starwberries

D 2 lamb chops baked squash with melted cheddar

S 1/3 cup cashews

I made it to the gym but really didn't enjoy it as I was really worn out from this bug. Tomorrow I am paddling.

We had a hail storm here today and it was really cold. I guess that's the end of the Florida weather up here.

have a great day

Hi everyone

Ok Lynne , Talapia is something new to me. I googled it and found out it was fish. So now I'm curious as to what kind of fish it is. I had to go to a breast cancer charity meeting last night and it was my turn to bring dessert. I made a batch of Madelaines ( Martha Stewart recipe) and strawberries and grapes and strwberries. These silly women eat like birds so i ended up bringing the cookies home and they are going to stair at me all day until I pass them off at my daughters tonight.

B 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and brocolli

L chillied ground beef on salad

D steak, brocolli

Hi Dorothy, how's it going?

HI Everyone,

Just a few minutes when the kids aren't on the computer. I have been keeping it LC but not too great on the portions. We did a really fun thing yesterday. We went to a place where us and the kids pick out their pottery and then paint it. they glace' and fire it. Really a lot for fun for all of us. It is their spring break too. Okay, gotta go, barbie .com is calling.

I'm so glad everyone stopped by to say hello!

Talapia is a smooth, white fish, not meaty like salmon, very different. I found a good deal on it so being the good bargain shopper that I am....

Here is my food for the day:

B - SPONGEBOB FLAXMEAL OMG this is soo good, I had a bit last night and I loved it! All these years.

L - Salad, roast pork/cheese roll ups

D - Salmon

Talk to you girls later!

Hi everyone

Just came back from paddling, we are doing race pieces now so the time is short ,( 2 minutes) but the intensity is 100% which feels like we're flying. I'm off again to pick up our goddaughters and do a little housework before my husband gets home.
Dorothy I'll have to check out barbie.com with the girls.

take care

Hey Rae, glad to see you are feeling better, up and about, busy busy! My cold has left some coughing behind but other than that I am feeling good too.

I am nearing the end of my work on this board stuff, so I will be feeling lighter soon! I had a deep purple stick this morning so I was glad about that. Last night I was at a friends and there was nothing clean to eat, I chose not to eat and had some meat roll-ups when I got home. I really found out that I can do it, if its not on my plan, I will survive without it!

Today's menu:

B - Cottage cheese
L - chef salad
D - either shrimp or I am dining out and if I have to, I will eat a bunless burger with cheese.

Have a great day!

Lynne, good for you for sticking to your plan. I seem to be easily swayed away from mine these days. I am great as long as I stay out of the house and keep busy.
