Hi girls! Rae, I was writing 4 portfolio entries that encompass my teaching. I had mentors that were reading what I wrote, I would then rewrite, they would edit the rewrite, etc! It is over!

I am doing good today except I ate some seriously salty bacon. I won't be buying that again.

Today's Menu:

B - cottage cheese
L - salad, salami and cheese
D - salad and salmon
S - egg salad (if needed)

Have a great day everyone!

Hi everyone

Lynne, I'm glad your portfolio is done , sounds like a massive amount of work. Do you get to relax now?

Hi Dorothy and Mary, how was your weekend.

I'm off to Bellingham with my son and husband to look for some school clothes. My son said that is the only place he can get the jeans he wants. hmmm It's pouring rain here and hopefully the border will not have huge lineups. Our dollar is up a bit so that is good.

I managed a huge Easter dinner yesterday without going off my plan. There was not a single easter egg planted this year much to my son's dismay. We managed to enjoy the weekend in spite of the lack of sugar.

take care

Rae

Hi Everyone,

My DD and Grandkids have left. They were to supposed to leave yesterday but all the flights were cancelled due to weather. I loved having them but I am really tired today. Just wanted to let all of you know that I am still around. I have really missed posting. Hopefully by tomorrow I will get back in the swing of things. I am gone a couple of days and they change the whole BB. Seems like forever since I got to Post.

Rae, great going on the Easter Dinnner. Lynne, from your menu's look like you are doing good. Hi to Mary also.

Hi Dorothy, welcome back. Yes, the menu has been great and I had a great loss in the beginning, now I am back to my normal slow self! I am not going off plan. Did that too many times.

Rae, it is such a relief to have that portfolio complete. I don't know what to do with myself, but I'm sure, knowing me, I'll find something to monopolize my time real soon!!!

Food was good today, I'll post for tomorrow:

B - Cottage cheese
L - shrimp salad
S - roast beef
D - burger

Have a beautiful Wednesday girls!

Good morning

Dorothy, good to have you back. Were your grandchildren excited to see their new cousin?

Lynne, I haven't decided what to eat yet today but am tracking everything on Fitday. It is really helping me keep on track. I'm trying to keep my calories down as well as the fat and carbs so it is quite a challenge.

We are having a beautiful sunny day here today and my son is back in school. For some reason we had a shorter break here than any other school district in the province and he had a math exam first thing this morning so as Her Majesty the Queen says " He's not amused"

We went to Bellingham yesterday and he got a new pair of runners. $90 U.S. but they last a few months longer than other brands and he assured me they are over $200 up here. Luckily we didn't have to pay duty on them.

Anyway off to start the day

take care

Rae

Hi everyone]

This has been a crazy day. I have been on the go since 7am and am now just getting into my pj's and saying goodby to my Goddaughters.

Dorothy, how much fun to have all your granddaughters together. I only lost 1 pound this time. am finally down to 222 but am determined to stick this challenge out for the year.

Lynn I'm sending you a pm in a minute.
