TEAM MELTDOWN #2 MARCH 16-31ST

MARCH 16- MARCH 31 CHALLENGE!!!

March is the end of our first quarter. So the end of the month challenge will be making sure you are on track for your total weight loss. So for example if you said you were going to try and lose 100 lbs. you should already have lost 8.33 lbs. a month for a total so far of 24.99 lbs. You will then need to post on your team’s thread if you are on track or not.

If you are on track add 150 points if you are not on track subtract 50 points.

(On March 31st, we all need to be at the weight we need to be at for the first quarter no exceptions on this)

A special Thank You goes out to NeverAGain for coming up with this idea

For End Of Month Reporting:

Team Number:

Team Name:

Team Member:

Total pounds lost from Mar.16 – Mar. 31:

Total inches lost from Mar. 16 – Mar. 31:

Sorry I haven't posted, no I didn't get the award. Not suprised...the competition are saints so I had little chance. I am amazed I even made it to candidate status.

I apologize for not being very supportive and around much. The sickness in my family is finally over but mentally I still feel like the world is crumbling in around me. Hopefully it is just PMS and then I can get back on track but until then I am just hanging on by my fingernails!!!

Take care all,
Lola

Hi Everyone, the M&E fast is even going slow for me, I am struggling with every pound I lose lately, I did get rid of my cravings for sugar so far though.

LolaR It sounds like you are under a great deal of stress lately, I bet you just need a weekend away from it all. If you can't take that then do the next best thing, Calgon take me away, hot soaking bath. Just you and a good book. Take care of your self and don't worry about being supportive, let us support you for a while.

Georgia keep that exercise coming, I am struggling with mine to. with all these aches and pains I am having to go to the Chiropractor once a week for and then I exercise and feel like I slip back 3 steps, so I was trying to take it easy for a couple of days, I did manage 30 minutes tonight.

Hi Rene and Maria, hope things are going well for everyone.
Type at you later.

Hello all. Well I am getting back on track. This has been a good week for me. I have stayed true to the goal. I'm not saying that I dont want to cheat but I dont think it's sugar cravings I think it is habit. I used to eat even when I was full. Like if I had a bag of chips or ice cream I would eat the whole thing even though I was stuffed. Tonight I really wanted a low carb cracker with cheese on it and while I know it wouldnt hurt me I actually asked myself if I wanted it because I was hungry or just because I wanted it. In the end I just ate the cheese. hehe Oh and I am also proud that I went to mom and dads house and took a pack of coco to take home you know the ol its just coco wont even add a pound. Well I am happy to say I left it on the microwave. Yay. I mowed the lawn tonight for an hr and then raked it. That was my exercise for the day. Whew. I hope everyone else is doing well. Talk to ya later.

Hi everyone, just a quick moment here,
Maria I here ya I use to eat like that to and still have the bad habit. Like when I have pork rinds in the house I will eat them like potato chips, so I didn't by any this week.

I could not wait till Saturday to check my inch lost, the scale is barely moving down, so I thought I would check my inches and I did lose 3 inches

Hope everyone is doing great.

Hey Everybody,

Sorry I haven't been around much. I have been crazy busy. My mom is out of town for a week since wednesday and a couple of days the computer didn't even get turned on. I have been thinking about all of you.

Nell you are doing great, way to go on the lost inches.

Maria good for you on your changed view towards food.

:WAVING: to Tatortot

Lola, I love your picture, I'm glad you posted your picture. I am having a hard time too. This is how my last 3 weigh in wents (On Thursdays): lost 8 pounds (due to being sick), gained back 6 pounds after being able to eat again , and this week I lost 4 pounds.

Well I'd better go, I don't know what I am still doing up really, I have to get up early tomorrow morning.

GO TEAM MELTDOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

Hi All, yes that is me and my two babies. Sammy will be 5 the end of June and Adell (or Delly as we usually call her) will be 3 on May 7th. It feels like life is falling down around me and I have wanted to eat everything in sight....but I haven't. Alot of the reason I don't is because of them. I really want to live to see them grow up!

OH, I'm a thread Killer

I went to Awana Games with my church yesterday morning and then me and my husband went to arena racing last night. We won tickets from a radio station. I was okay fun. All I did in between was take a nap

Tatortot

Maria, No worries. I saved the reports I sent in each month with the points for everybody. I also saved everybodys weights and measurements for each month. I put all the info in word and then when I post it, email it or pm it all I have to do is copy and paste Thanks for bringing that up I over looked that in the post somehow.

Lola, BIG

I filled out an application for a paid nursery position at a different church than I go to. It is for sunday mornings for about 3 hours at 7.50 an hour. it means I won't be able to go to bible study or morning church on Sundays at my church.

Talk to everybody later. Back to church tonight and we are having a little get together after evening service tonight. They have it once a month. One more week of work for me and I am off for a week for spring break

Thank You LolaR, and Rene, I feel much better.

Rene way to go, taking care of toddlers and baby will keep you busy.

Maria, didn't you get the stats tracking spreadsheet when we started, that sure comes in handy. And you get to look back at your progress to. It really helps keep me on track that way.

Hi Georgia, hope everything is going well with you.

I did my exercise today and starting tomorrow I need to get up in the morning again so I can get at least a 1/2 hour of exercise in and then I can do my two 15 minute walks at break time and another 1/2 hour at night so I am looking at 90 minutes everyday on most days, I am stuck at 290 right now and need to get below 288 for March 31st or risk losing more points, I am already down 40 points for eating more carbs then I should have two days this month and drinking pop without Splenda in it.

Well I will talk to all of you later.
