Wow Feb already. One month down eleven to go. The month has just flown by. I remember being so excited about it in Dec. Couldnt wait for it to start and now we are a month in wow. I went to wally world (Walmart) and picked up two see through drinking jugs. One for work and one for home. I will fill them each morning and drink the one at work and the one at home. They hold 64 ounces each. Thats 128 ounces each day. I will start with that and do it every day. It will help me keep track of it better. I will also do curves mon-fri and do a video or walking on the weekends. I have tae bo tapes that I need to get out and work with and I also have all of Richard Simmons tapes. They are a lot of fun too. I am going to stay at 20 carbs cause I barley get twenty in any way. I eat salad, cucumbers, green beans tomatoes, some mushrooms. I will try and expand my vegtale eatings. YUCK. Not a fav of mine.
I had jury duty today and we had a 20 minute break and I almost went and got a candy bar out of habit without even thinking of what I was doing. I was reaching for the dollar in my purse before I said what the heck are you doing. Everyone around me was munching away. But not me.

If I do real good I can possibly be down to 200 by summer. I havent been 200 in 13 years. Wow that is a long time ago. I still consider myself young but when I say 13 years. Wow that is a long time and a lot of starting overs. I told my mom I am not buying any more clothes until I get to 200 pounds. Thats incentive huh. hehe

Night all. Gotta go back to work tom.

Hello everyone,

Can't sleep and it is too early to go to the gym. I will probably try to go back to bed for a bit but wanted to drop in. Between working full time, commuting 45 minutes each way, and raising two little ones.....it seems there isn't enough time in the day. Throw in a good 1 or 2 hour visit to the gym most days and I am just not sure how I get it all done! I am really not ignoring your guys when I don't post much....just busy.

Oooo 28 days.....I can get the exercise in (I hope....going to Vegas for four days in the end of Feb and there isn't a gym at the hotel....guess I will try walking...plus will be pushing a wheel chair so I bet I get some time in.) Not sure about drinking the 141 ounce level of water though.......eeeekkk. Well I will do the best I can!

Keep up the good work everyone!

Hi everyone, sounds like everyone has a new plan for February
My plan is 90 minutes of exercise per day at least 5 days a week and 135 oz of water per day.
I am going to stay about 20-25 carbs per day to keep the weight loss going.
And I can't wait to see what shawn has planned for challenges in February.
I can't believe one month gone already.
LolaR up at 3:00 AM is that energy surging you beat me up by a 1/2 hr.
I get up about 3:30 to get 40 minutes of exercise in 1st thing in the morning. Then I do 2 15 minute walks on my breaks
and usually 20-30 minute workout tape when I get home. so somewhere between 70-100 minutes on most days.

Way to go Maria- that is great on water intake and exercise plans
Georgia you already have your plan into gear way to go

HI Rene- hope your day is going great
talk to you all later.

Tomorrow morning I am going to curves. This has been a major crapy week for me. Boss is acting like a two year old. So, whats new with that. Hopefully next week will be better. Night all.

Rene I hope your feeling better soon, I to have been slacking on exercise lately. Just tired for some reason. Just remember when you feel better to hit it as hard as you can, and I will do the same.

Well Maria just got off the treadmill, she was really going fast.I did an hrs. exercise today ,counting the treadmill.I'de like to do that everyday. We are going to our farm tomorrow & work.So i'll have to get my exercise in somewhere.I was thinking about walking down our road to where we will be putting our home.Well it's not a road yet, more of a cow pasture,it's still a good distance after you turn off the main road.
Rene, how are you feeling, tired? How about you Nell? What about you LoLar? What are your weekend plans? I'm going to be looking for one of those things that you put on your waist & it counts your steps.Does anyone know anything about this? If I find one I'm going to be steping out. Well it's late & I want to sweep the kitchen floor, one less thing I'll have to do tomorrow.
Now you all have a super night.

wahoo I went walking on the tread mill. Five minutes walking one minute running etc. It was fun.. I am going to do it everynighght. It is a lot less lower impact than running on asphalt. Although it is a little noisy treadmill. I am off to do a RS video now. Nitey night.

Maria? exerciseing ant 10:30 PM at night? Are you a night owl?
I was coloring my hair to cover up the gray.
I am off to a wedding around noon today in Wisconsin so I won't check in a again until Saturday sometime.
Way to go on the exercise girls KUTGW
I did my 85 minutes this morning Body Flex and The Firm work out and then Body Flex again.
I am looking for a tread mill to I really need to do more cardio.
NO weight loss seen this week or inches either so I gotta get working.

LolaR where are you we miss you

Rene hope your feeling better today and are able to get back to the exercise again.

I figured it out as long as I do 80 minutes of exercise for 18 more days out of this month I should hit the max points.
That is what I am shooting for.
water intake maybe slow today I will have to make it up later if it is.

Talk to you all tomorrow.

Ok, so I have made my virtual model but she doesn't look nearly as fat as me! Also, I loved the way I looked at 170 which is kind of my goal. So I get 100 points for that BUT I don't know if I can get those extra points for exercise since I did 1500 last month I would need to do 1650 this month ACK! I have 205 minutes so far this month so that would mean I have to do 1450 more minutes in 24 days. That means I would need to average 61 minutes a day for the rest of the month. Hmmmmm, I don't know about all that!! But I will do the best I can.

I did my virtual model she definately don't look as fat as me.
I hope I can look like that at 150 lbs.

LolaR you are doing great if you make it that is great if you don't well you tried your hardest.
That is all I am going to do is try my hardest.

Rene that is great you are feeling better and back to exercise Monday

I went to my wedding on Friday and lucked out they had grilled chicken and roastbeef in gravy sauce and huge salad fixings
and baked potatoes (didn't eat any)
and lots of fresh fruit cut into tiny pieces.
so I had chicken and some beef roast and a salad with a little fruit.
Fruit tasted great!!!!

I didn't get much sleep last night because we had to be back early for Cody's chiropractor appointment.
And I don't sleep really good in strange beds.
so I should sleep good tonight.
Hope everyone else is doing good this weekend talk to you all later.

You know it seems like it's been a long time since I was on here,& it really has'nt been.Got ten glasses of water down today, also walked around our park here, also worked on our land & got a workout.Should sleep good tonight.
LoLar,you would really have to up your exercise.Just do your best, & listen to your body. You could over do it. I'm doing that with my water.I get 64 ozs. down ,then at dinner I drink some & for supper too. It's working for me.
JR,I'm glad they had food you could pick from. Did you have a good time, besides not sleeping well? We have a ladies breakfast at our church once a month, so ours was today. They can really cook good.I had an omelet with everything, like onions, some cheese. They had other things there, but you know I was just as happy with my little omelet & some bacon, & good coffee. Well I guess I've talked enough.Talk tomorrow.
Have a good one now.

Yes Georgia, I had a great time, got to see a lot of cousins and Aunts and Uncles we normally don't see but once a year.

I got my 80 minutes of exercise in today a little behind on water the last two days so I have to try to step that up this week.
How is everyone else doing out there.
We had really warm weather the last few days.
It was 50 degrees on Friday and Saturday now today it is about normal 30 - 35 degrees tomorrow and Tuesday is calling for more snow flurries.
I am on vacation this week to do our taxes, business taxes are so time consuming to get everything gathered together and figure out all the expenses versus how much you made YUK!!!
I love Linda's low carb site I have used a lot of her recipes and have had some enjoyable food. I am following a lot of her induction menus this week to try and lose some bigger weight before weigh in on the 15th, I didn't notice any weight loss this week at all.
But at least my clothes feel looser.
Talk to all of you later.
