HELLO!!!!
I cant wait to get all the stats posted!!! Jarret weighed this morning and he is down 19 lbs!!! He is going to measure when he gets home. I can already tell such a difference in his stomach. Not that he isnt the most handsome guy in the world already!!! Speaking of church. I cannot wait till Feb 13. We are having a Creation Scientisit coming to our church. He will be there for 5 services to talk about creation science. We are young-earth believers. My family is so into this. We cannot wait. As for personal info. I will get all of that emailed out to every one tonight. If you want to send me your birthdays I would appreciate it. Gini- Thank you for being so supportive of Jarret even though he doesnt post much. Your stats are AWESOME!!!! Mary- I am so glad church went well for you yesterday. My goodness woman you are going to shrink away on us if you keep losing inches they way you are. How is your back?? Thank you for being so honest. But, please dont let is keep you down. We all make mistakes. We all have to get back up and make sure we are more determined. Kim- Yes, I can do your avatars. Let me know what pics you want. How is your husband??? Please keep us updated. What kind of fast are you thinking about? If you choose a water fast please spend lots of time praying. Fasting is a great way to get closer to the Lord and find his will for you. I actually can recommend a book that you can download online by Jon Piper. Alrighty- I will be back later with all the totals. I know we have done so awesome!!!!!!!!

Well I have my exercise in today my water intake is a bit weak but I will get it in. I am not going to let the whole FRY thing get me down ( It is, but I am fighting it!) I think a lot of my prob is TOM. I will post later with my food. |

Mary - I did forget to ask about your back. Please forgive me. I hope it is feeling better. How much water do you try to drink in a day? I know it can be hard to get all the water in. I will tell you what works for me is I fill my 32 oz. cup and eveytime I go into the kitchen I fill it. I will not go into the kitchen until it is empty...lol it helps and I get it all in. (good thing I don't have to go through the kitchen to the bathroom

What is a creation scienctist? I can't wait to hear the totals for our team. I am planning on doing a water fast and I plan on spending alot of time in prayer I will prob. do just 2 days. DH is in bed sleeping. He works 3rd and since he was up all day he is sleeping now. I told him to call in but he hates to waste vacation days on being sick. He has his meds now so hopefully he will be back to himself before long. Oh the avatar, under the avatars is the 20 lb. club one. I don't know if I can paste it here or now. I will try. Is this something you could teach me to do...LOL I don't want to bother you every 10 lb.s. I can always leave it the way it is too. My food for today: B: almonds - 10 L: didn't get time D: cheese, ham, and cream cheese water 165 oz exercise: have to pass since dh is in bed sleeping. I will make it up though Tomorrow I am starting my fast. I am looking forward to it actually. I will try and check in later to see if Jarret has posted his stats ![]()

regarding birthdays...mine is right around the corner...Feb 8th... but I will wait til I get my income tax refund to go out to eat with DD.
LOL I decided I want a birthday present this year. Sounds strange I know, but in the last 30 yrs I doubt I got more than 3 birthday presents. My family doesn't give me any, my ex hated to give presents, DD usually doesn't have any money, lol last year I gave her money to buy me a gift, she went to the mall, and spent it on herself and her bf. duh! LOL We just moved (end of Nov) and I think I want something pretty for my house So I will get something when the refund comes!! ![]()

sometimes things that seem to make good sense are not really good!
My family, (Mom, sis, bro) didnt really give DD any presents until she was about 2. That Christmas they told me that they knew I didn't have a lot to spend so instead of giving each of us a present they would just give DD 2 presents. So they always did that. So DD was raised that Mom got no presents and she got a bunch. Last year (the mall episode) showed me how damaging that really was. DD is a generous person. She gives away a lot of her stuff and my stuff too! To her friends, to others who need stuff. I mean like shampoo, lotion, clothes, etc. (We had neighbors who didn't spend money on their kids but had uber motorcycles etc.) But, I raised her that Mom doesn't get presents, she doesn't get new dish towels, etc etc. Actually, the Lord is healing my thinking. LOL so I am getting a present this year!! hehe |

Looks like you ladies are posting more in the evenings. I am usually on during the day and maybe a few times in the evening. I put my kids to bed at 8 and usually that is when I go walk, then shower and off to bed. It is nice getting up in the mornings and seeing that you all have posted...gives me something good to read
I was thinking since this is a new month, why don't each of us set a goal we would like to hit this month...maybe drink more water, exercise more..I know I am going to have to up my exercise to get more points. I know I prob. won't hit 15 lbs. in Feb. I will be shocked if I do..lol But it will prob. be maybe 10 lb.s loss if I am lucky. So I will need to make up points so I am going to set my goal of exercise. I will walk 2.5 miles in the morning and 2.5 miles at night. Everyday except Sundays. I will re-evaluate this on the 15th and see if I will be on track to up my points on exercise. So what is your goal going to be for yourself??? Shanna - Thanks for answering that. You will have to tell us how the 5 services goes. That would be interesting. When my dd was in the first grade her pace..I think it was her science pace, they had to go through and list on each day 1-6 what God created on that day. I really like the paces they are in...They are leaning and the paces are biblically based ![]() Gini - You know I am having a prob. with my in-laws giving my kids too much for christmas too. I tell them every year they don't need all that but they never listen to me...lol I don't know anything I am just their MOM after all...lol my parents only get the kids 1 item each this year it was snow pants...something they needed. Good morning ladies and Jarret. I am feeling much better this morning. Amazing how things can change with a long bubble bath and a talk with DH... LOL I have a busy day today, work-out, birthday lunch with friends, DDS. App. at 2 with the girls. Somewhere in there I need to fix dinner and finish laundry... Funny thing is before this challenge I would have skipped the workout and did laundry... Ya know what... the clothes are still dirty but my body is shrinking.... hmmm I think the laundry will wait... LOL My Goal for this first two weeks will be .... get in at least 1 walk a day ( that is on top of my workout) Have a great day. Breakfast - 2 Sausage patties, 2 eggs with cheese de-caff coffee w/ cream. |
