January 31st our FIRST OFFICIAL STATS REPORT

Everyone needs to use the following template to figure out their score. Please compile the score on OR before January 31st and email it to Sweets (sweets10@gmail.com).

Exercise points:

Weight loss points:

Water intake points:

Inches lost points:

Deduct 1 point for every can of diet pop that is not made with the Splenda Sweetner.

Deduct 1 point for every 12oz. you drink that is not caffeine free.

Deduct 30 points for going over YOUR monthly carb intake goal at all!

Deduct 100 points for NOT reporting stats on the 15th and by last day of month.

Add 20 points if you go to Dunkin Donuts (or comparable) 2 TIMES during January.

Deduct 75 points if you consumed any sweets at all during your visit!

Add 25 points if you watch the movie Super Size Me by the end of January.

Add 15 points if you read this very insightful link.

TOTAL POINTS ON JANUARY 31ST (OR BEFORE): _______

PLEASE remember to have this information to Sweets by 9pm CENTRAL time on 1-31-05. Please be sure to fill out each category individually - i.e. don't just submit a number. Alrighty, let's see how we did!!!

Hey Shawn are you wanting everyone to post their own or are you wanting the captains to submit it for the team? I am not sure if Wendy has them seperated out into teams and it might be easier on her. Or we could just specify which team we are on and she could pull it that way.

Hey Chuck,

Just to keep the quantity of emails down, just have the captains (or whomever you designate) submit their entire teams stats - in ONE email - per team. In the event that some folks dropped off teams, just submit what you have by the cutoff time. I suggest that team members identify who is all on the team to ensure that you know who's stats to expect to receive. Thx for the question.

Hey all, to answer a few inquiries via email.....

The INCHES LOST category ONLY consists of inches lost in the HIPS and WAIST ONLY.

Now, you can measure anything you'd like but remember, for the purpose in reporting for this challenge, just include waist and hips - ONLY. Thx, Shawn
