Water intake points:

Inches lost points:

Deduct 1 point for every can of diet pop that is not made with the Splenda Sweetner.

Deduct 1 point for every 12oz. you drink that is not caffeine free.

Deduct 30 points for going over YOUR monthly carb intake goal at all!

Deduct 100 points for NOT reporting stats on the 15th and by last day of month.

Add 20 points if you go to Dunkin Donuts (or comparable) 2 TIMES during January.

Deduct 75 points if you consumed any sweets at all during your visit!

Add 25 points if you watch the movie Super Size Me by the end of January.

Add 15 points if you read this very insightful link.

Please post your average along with your points...or the lbs lost, inches lost etc. They need the stats for each category along with the points total.

I have LCFortified, and Lavigne's info. I still need 5 and Chapulina's.

5...awesome results girl! I sent you a PM about your stats. I need to get your averages for each category. Ex: average water intake, exercise, etc.

I will post our group total after I hear from Toni (Chapulina).

I was thinking about this challenge last night. I don't feel like I've been giving this my best effort and that is going to change. I don't know why it is so easy for me to 'short change' myself. I have to admit that if it wasn't for this team and my loyalty to each of you, I probably would have dropped out by now. I am thankful to be a part of this team. You guys keep me going. I want to get to a place where I keep going for myself. The team effort factor of this challenge is exactly why I joined it. I know myself well enough to know that I would need it.

We have a total of 1462 points!

Way to go ladies! I think that is awesome. Let me do some more calculating on the category totals like weight, inches, etc and I will post that later.

Huge DITTO! I'm thinking this is good "peer pressure" for all of us

Will get the averages to you when I get home...all of those records are on my home computer - shouldn't be late at all...not much to do today at the office (before you too much, I DO work 7 days a week )

Oh and for whatever it's worth for totals, I've lost 9.5 but the .5 doesn't count for the challenge, but I guess it can count for our own #s? Can't wait for the new avatar!

I've actually lost more than I thought! I lost 9 rather than 7 pounds!

Here's my update:
