Hey there! Thanks so much for the birthday wishes..it was a hard one for me. I don't know why but it was - 40! Geez. Anyways I didn't go over carbs yesterday I fixed one of the cheesecakes in the recipe room and it was great. We did go out to dinner and I lowcarbed it at Ruby Tuesdays. Girl you can be the team leader my vote is for you! lol. Things are good. Keep on the keeping on! Sorry about Tom, maybe things will be brighter in the am.

Hey Ladies!
I cannot believe I just joined a women's weight group at my gym. We meet twice a week for an hour! I went today for the first meeting and it was great, although I am whooped and badly need a shower. Before this group, my exercise was primarily walking around my 'hood. How is everyone else doing on the exercise front? Keep it up ladies!! |

Thanks for the birthday message. It was a good day, just not happy to be 40. Good for you Nik, how did it go? I walk around my hood also. My two breaks at work I walk also and I and doing some exercises with my daughter. Hope things are going good for everyone! Have a great tomorrow.

doing okay with the excersises. missed three days due to nothing but laziness. but i'm back on track now. did 30 minutes of taebo advanced this morning. in two weeks i hope to increase it to 35 minutes.
is everyone looking forward to the weigh in on saturday. |

The weight training class went well, although I am coming down with...something, I hope it is not the flu. Ugh. I am nervous about the weigh in, but I have been doing my best to keep everything in check. We need to turn in stats tomarrow....eek! Hope everyone is doing well. ![]() |

Morning ladies
Hwy Nik how do you want our stats and what information do ya need? I am not sure what to give you. I know that we do not deduct points until the end of the month soooooooooooo do you just need our weight and inches? Also, not sure how all this is going to work as far as standings etc. We have 3 people on our team and a lot of teams have 5 so if all of their points count we are at an unfair disadvantage. I am not complaining I hope everyone does well if nothing else for self esteem and health. I have been struggling with chest pains for a couple of days. It makes me mad too because I am really trying to take good care of myself finally. Congrats on the weight loss Alliyah! We are going out soon gonna walk around Pearl St in the cold weather! Okay Nik gonna post what I think you need, cause I gotta get outta here. 1/1/05 - 296
1/15/05 - 284 Hips 1/1/05 - 60" Waist 1/1/05 - 59" Hips and Waist have remained the same. I have read the thread and last night I watched the movie - dang the FF were GROSS! I have lost 12 pounds - but I had lost that previous. I know I need to pick up the exercise. |

My stats:
weight: 215 down from 216 carbs: 945 water: 836 exercise 470 hips: 49 down from 51 waist : 35 down from 39 this makes me wonder if I measured my hips and waist correctly for the inital measurements...could it be I was blessed with a inches whoose? If so I am not complaining, but I was pretty shocked when I did my measurements. I have read the recommended thread but I have not yet watched the movie. |

Happy Monday everyone, and Happy MLK Day!
Its foggy and gross on my end, I am seriously considering crawling back into bed; but since I am up I am working on my first 32oz of water and planning todays meals. I bought a food scale over the weekend. I think that will really help me with porportions As we are closing in on the end of the month, I am going to repost here the Janurary challenges so we can make sure we are where we need to be. |

As swiped from the rules thread...here are the bits about challenges...
Add 20 points if you go to Dunkin Donuts (or comparable) 2 TIMES during January, dined INSIDE and order either a (decaf) coffee or water and consumed NOTHING else (i.e. pastries), and stayed for 15 minutes or more. Your experience is to be communicated to everyone on the post shortly after you do this. This is a self-courage exercise. Victory! Hey there,
Today was an okay day for a Monday. I am struggling a little bit with some of this today. I just am not as motivated as I was before could have something to do with the snow and cold. I did get my walk in today and Saturday which is something I haven't been able to do. What is a typical day of eating for you guys? Just curious and trying to figure out some new things to eat.
