Hi, I am at work right now so thought I would do a quick check in, I am doing good today so far got 67 oz of water in and 15 minutes of walking exercise on my break time.

Hi Everyone, hope you are all doing well.
Hey JR, I should really think about taking walking breaks. I did do 40 minutes at the gym this morning and I am toying with the idea of doing a workout video tonight. My water in take is good, I am at 110 ounces. I have backed off some since I don't think I can do more than 140 a day and I only need 101 a day to get in that point range. I felt like I was floating and actually, when I was trying to drink to much at once, felt a little sick and dizzy. Anyways, things are going well with me. I can't remember if I said this or not but I did a total of 4 hours and 10 minutes of exercise last week which is a record for me. I am pushing for 5 hours this week!!! Take care all!

I understand what you are saying about the water, I did that once before too. Hi GeorgiaHi Nell, that is a good idea about walking on your break. I am doing good, Water (check) Exercise (check) I did over an hour at the Y tonight. 22 min treadmill, 32 min bike, 10 min crosstrainer I have to work back up my time on that one!!!I made hamburger stuffed eggplant for dinner tonight. Just got through supper.Had a salad with two Boga burgers.I had been takeing them out of their pouches,now I see that you are suppose to cook them in their pouches.
They stii came out pretty good. I've just about got my water down,I'm surprized at myself,that I got this far.We always had Cool Aide when I was growing up.Going to Curves tomorrow,keep up the exercises ladies.By for now. |

Way to go everyone on the exercise,
I have exercised a total of 60 minutes today and drank around 135 oz of water. I had to be at work by 4:15 am this morning so I could not exercise before going to work, no overtime tomorrow though, so I am going to try exercising before work now instead of feeling like I am trying to shove it in at night. ![]() I posted last night that I finished the donut challenge, I bought donuts for my kids and they ate them in front of me while I drank water, I really wanted to eat one myself, but I decided I want to be skinnier more then I wanted a donut, I think I finally have it in my head that skinny would feel better then junk food would taste right now. It only took me two years. ![]() Hope everyone is meeting there goals so far, it sure looks that way. Talk to you all later.

Hi everyone, just had a few minutes during lunch to check in, I decided not to get up this morning and exercise since Tuesday is one of my days I chose for not exercising so I have two days of rest to let my muscles heel, I did go out for a walk on my am break though so I have 15 minutes in already, and I think I am going to do body flex tonight to, so that should be 30 minutes of exercise today anyway.
I won't be able to walk on my breaks anymore this week, because tomorrow we are suppose to get 2-4 inches of snow and then it is going to get really cold like -8 below during the day and -18 below at night. But I will still get my exercise in before or after work. Talk to you all later. |

Hello Team MeltDown,
I wanted to post this morning before I left for work, but I ran out of time. I went mall walking this morning for 40 minutes Went to work and then went to the Y. I had a fitness coach appointment. I now have 5 weight machines in addition to cardio so far. I will get 5 more added after 3 weeks. I also did 12 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on a bike. Working on getting that water in Nell, are you or about the snow? I like snow but we rarely get any here. We got 6 to 8 inches the day after Christmas which is really unusual for us I joined a 12 week challenge at the Y. I have to go to four seminars during the twelve and commit to 3 days of cardio and at least 2 days of strength training. I figured that would help reinforce what my goals are already. Plus I have to write down my menus for the whole twelve weeks. Talk to everybody later.

I don't mind the snow it's driving in it I can't stand, and I don't have a choice, I either drive or lose my job, they salt the roads so much here though that with in one day the roads are all clear and back to normal, I hate the cold temps that are coming because I can't walk in them without freezing to death
LCP- you are rockin' on your exercise that Y sounds like a great place to join. Everybody keep up the great work and we will all be headed to the winners circle. I gotta go watch The biggest Loser now so I will talk to you all later. I hope Kelly wins tonight she seems like such a nice person. |

Hello all, talking about snow,I sure miss it.We got a little bit last year.It's suppose to get cold tomorrow afternoon sometime.I think it's going to be cold the rest of the week.Tomorrows high is going to be75,then the cold front comes in. Seem like Dh & I have been gone all day,that's why you all haven't heard from me all day. I'm doing good on my water.Went to Curves this afternoon,worked out pretty good.My mind is set on my target. That's where it's at.It's going to be.

Hello all,
Havent posted in a while cause I was working on a project. I am feeling good and have quite a bit of energy. I didnt even take my nap yesterday and was up till midnight working on my project after getting up at 6 am to go to work. I'd say thats a heck of an improvement. Havent been to curves yet this week. Had a staff infection that the doctors had to drain. Fun fun and a lot of movement causes bleeding. Tomorrow they take the packing out and will hopefully let it heal and I will be back to normal. I am on antibiotics for the staph and wonder if that was what was making me tired cause now after two days of antibiotics I feel pretty darn good My back doesnt hurt any more eaither cause I'm not walking crooked so as to not bump the bump. hehe. Water intake is good. Gonna do the donut thing tom. See ya later.

I'm short on time, I feel like that is all I ever say I have to leave the house in 30 minutes to take my husband to a dr. appt. at a free clinic, then church. I walked at the mall 2 times around, that took about 40 minutes. No chance to go to the Y today, Hopefully tomorrow. Tomorrow is weigh in day for me, my scale is looking about another 5 pounds lighter, but I'll let you know tomorrow. I need everybody's help: I scanned the old posts to find everybody's starting weight and waist, hip measurements. I will post what I have later to make sure I have everything right. Can everybody tell me if they've watched supersize me and read the article please. Also if you've done one or more donut/cake baking challenges please let me know. I am trying to update my records, even though they only want weight and measurements stats on the 15th, I am trying to get organized for the end of the month. I hope everybody is having a great low carb day. I will check back in this evening when I get home from church. Hi LCP, I have watched Super Size Me, I have read the article, and I did both donut challenges,
I hope everyone is doing great, it sure looks that way. Aproudloser- hope the Docs are taking care of you, heal fast. Tatortotl- just reading your post you can tell how much energy is in there. I need some of it. I am very tired today, I somehow got knocked out of ketosis, I think it was to much SF Candy, I stopped eating it now. so hopefully tomorrow I will be back in. I haven't lost anymore weight since my 10 lbs. last week, so I am hoping by Saturday I lose a little anyway. I got up at 3:45 am to exercise this morning, I did a half hour and then another half hour this evening. MY water intake is pretty good for this. Gotta go put my son to bed talk to you all later. |

Just got home from church a little while ago.Ate me a hamburger,almost finished with my water. Haven't been to the donut place yet. Will probably go with Maria on Sat. Jr. do you usually get up that early in the morning,or did you just wake up? Well we don't have to many more days til the 15,do we. I just want to wish everybody a great lowcarb day Well soon I am off to Mall Walk, go to work, stop at the Y and do the weight machines and probably 20 minutes on the bike, then off to TOPS to weigh in and my friend is supposed to come I would really like her to come and be a part of our group at TOPS tatortot, your weather sounds just like ours. Hello everyone,
Yes, unfortunately those were the right stats for me. I haven't measured my waist or hips yet...will do that Saturday morning, but I did weigh myself today at the gym and I have lost a total of 9 1//4 pounds. Ok, 9 pounds but I really like claiming those 4 ounces too!!!! I have 4 hours and 40 minutes of exercise in this week, my goal was for 5 hours and I have 2 days so it shouldn't be a problem. I know that other people are able to manage more but with a full time job that requires a 45 minute commute each way AND 2 young kids, I think 5 hours is doing really well. (Not to mention that this is more exercise than I got in a year at 450 pounds!!!)Ok, just had to brag a bit. Hope everyone else is feeling happy and confident as well. WE ARE DOING IT !! How awesome is that????? to everyone! |

Hi Everyone, I am doing much better today not as tired or hungry,
I feel like I am finally back in Ketosis, so that fat should be burning off once again. Georgia No I dont usually get up at 3:45 am unless I am working overtime and we are done with that. I felt like I had to get up early so I can exercise without people bothering me so I do a 1/2 hr in the morning and a 1/2 hr at night when I get home from work which in turn means I have to take two showers because I get sweaty and smelly twice. LCP- Yes my stats are correct, It sounds like you are getting lots of exercise way to go I hope you are enjoying TOPS it sounds like it is helping you stay on track. LolaR - way to go 9 1/4 pounds is great! And you have come so far, I wish I would have followed this WOL like I was suppose to be doing for the last two years and I could already be at goal weight You are doing super on your exercise, just give all the time you can as long as it is helping you lose weight you doing great. I wish I had warm Temps like 60's We wont get much warmer until the middle of next week. We are going to have -30 to -50 below windchills tonight, I have to find an extra blanket for my bed so I dont get cold tonight. Boy you can see everyones energy level is up, everyones up until midnight and or getting up early. I will be up at 3:45 am tomorrow to do a 1/2 hr of exercise again. I better get to bed so I can, talk to all of you later. |

Yes I really enjoy TOPS, our group is a great bunch of ladies and my husband.Lola You are doing great on exercise Congrats on the weight loss, 9.25 WOOHOO I lost tonight at my weigh in. Down another 2.25 pounds, so that puts me at 8 pounds lost so far since this challenge began. Keep up the good work everybody. |

Wow everyone is doing a great job. I can tell that my energy is finally kicking in. I didnt take my usual afternoon nap that I get to take when I go in at six and I didnt even miss it. I can feel the energy. This is unoffical as I will reweigh tomorrow but I have lost six pounds and two inches off both my hips and waist. Yay. And I have been very good with my water. Sometimes I actually crave it. Weird. Keep up the good work everyone.
