I made the Wheat Belly Pizza Crust (the first one, not the second). It came out very good but is very salty due to the cheese in it. I might try making the second one as it doesn't have the cheese in it.

I have read the book and was thinking of buying the cookbook. Does it have any good breakfast recipes? Let me know your thoughts on it and what are your favorite recipes.

I really enjoy the pancake recipe and the crepe recipe.... mostly uses a lot of almond flour to make breakfast foods. Its pretty good, I cant stand the thought of eggs most mornings ~however I have found that I can do hard boiled eggs easier some days than fried or scrambled....crazy right?

I am reading the book now. I don't think I have a problem with wheat or gluten but am going to do a partial elimination/slowdown experiment from this coming Sunday to the Vernal Equinox (March 20). Just to see how it goes.

Starting my 40 days no wheat countdown today, was going to wait until Sunday but have been close to wheat free for a few days and feeling some effects, so decided to proceed.
