My daughter and I have been gluten/wheat (barley, rye, oats) free for some time now. She is sensitive and I am supportive .

We have removed all of it - even from personal products. Haven't missed a thing.

We decided to go organic and not allow any genetically modified in our diets, too.

She also tested for CORN - WOOHOO - look what it does to cattle!! Soy. Casein. A couple others.

We are eating so healthy - we have even begun to grow a few organic veggies and berries!!
