gluten free foods- and also vegan! (not sure if low carb, each varies)

I recently became vegan and am fairly new to actually trying to live LC (but not to the theory of it)- my sister on the other hand has celiac's and is vegan and is coming to visit so I have been looking for food brands near me that are vegan and gluten free (I can't speak for the carb and sugar content- but the ingredients are listed). There is a store called "karmavore" in New Westminster BC which is about a 20 minute journey by skytrain from where I live in downtown Vancouver and they sell all vegan food, and MANY gluten free brands. I just thought I would share.

They have vegan (of course) quinoa (gluten free cookies) and lots of yummy looking stuff! (I have heard mixed reports on quinoa and candida diets and am looking for advice- is spelt, quinoa, couscous, relatively low carb?)
