Celiac Disease is very isolating
It's that time of year again, the time when I have to try desperately NOT to be a pleaser and NOT to put myself in bad situations.
I wrote a blog post about it Celiac Disease can be extremely isolating « Celiac Kitchen Witch (my blog and I don't even do paid advertising, let alone sell anything). - Maura |

hi Maura, after recovering from cancer after 8yrs of chemo, it was a relief for myself, family and friends to focus on making sure there is always a low carb gluten free meal and dessert at the gathering table. It helps others nurture me. It helps me claim the right to health. I wish for you many moments of celebrating health!
