Great Gluten Free Stuff

Hey Everyone,

What are some of your favorite gluten free products? As I adjust to living life as a Celiac, I am always on the lookout for good gluten free stuff (especially stuff that is commercially available in stores).

My favorite thing right now is Think Thin low carb bars. They are fairly natural (I get them at Wild Oats) and are wheat and gluten free.

Thanks!!!

Pamela's gluten-free brownie mix. It's not low carb, but they're the best brownies you've ever tasted, gluten-free or not.

Daisy, are those bars also soy-free?

Just saw this post...

Pam, Think Thin bars are not soy free.

However, if any of you are looking for a treat, check out ThinkOrganic bars (you can get them at Wild Oats as well). They are dairy free, soy free, gluten free, pesticide free, non-GMO, no added sugar, and all raw ingredients. They are basically nothing but fruit and nuts. A little higher carb but they are very tasty and handy to keep in your purse for a quick, healthy snack.

Thanks, but I also can't have nuts. SherryBerry over on my BFL group has found a gluten, soy, wheat, NUT, everything (lol) free bar...they are called Buddha Bars. Now, they are a bit higher in carbs than what some would eat (but I've been doing BFL, so have added back quite a few good carbs to keep up with my workouts and muscle), but they look just wonderful. Do a search for: energy bars, Buddha Bars to see the nutri-faqs.
