Coconut Milk....unsweetened Silk ok?

Hi there,
Wow....I'm feeling VERY enlightened right now. Stumbled upon this thread, read PAGES, seeing myself- (low thyroid, cold, depressed, irritable, cant lose the weight etc). I thought it was due to hysterectomy year and half ago, but am thinking may be candida issues.
Anyways, I'm going to try adding the coconut oil daily (to my low carb lifestyle, started 10 days ago, so far only lost 2 pounds but feeling better.)
I'd like to also use coconut milk, but wonder if the Silk unsweetened brand you buy in the cold section would be ok vs the canned stuff.

coconut milk wouldn't be the best option for low carb, it tends to be higher in carbs. even the unsweetened version. if you want to add something back into your diet that contains a level of calcium and vitamins you may not be getting elsewhere you could try unsweetened almond milk instead!

I buy the unsweetened organic coconut milk in a can and use that. And I definitely have candida issues.
